I'm glad this isn't my pharmacy because I would be switching instantly. My father had questions and she was not eager to help at all. Anything she was asked resulted in a negative demeanor. If you don't like your job, go somewhere else. Maybe she didn't get a Valentine's gift and was upset, but I can see why. Customer service sucks!!!!

I asked the attendant if he might need some help as he was working both the drive up window & checkout he said they've only been open 14mins. Asked why the guy sitting there surfing the web couldn't ring people if it was above his pay grade & he said the guy was the "roving" pharmacist. Mentioned to him we were considering changing pharmacies & he was nonchalant. As I write this I checked other Walgreens and it appears there's problems all around the country with the majority stemming from customer service. A Shame.. quick way to ruin a business.
