After waiting over 24 hours, I decided to call for the status of my prescription. I held for over an hour and decided to drive up to the store. To avoid exposing people to covid, I went to the drive up and sat there for over 30 minutes. I was forced to go inside and expose everyone!! When I asked about my prescription, they couldn't get it ready for me. I explained they've had it for over 24 hours, she shrugged her shoulders. GO TO CVS INSIDE TARGET - I transferred my Prescription there and they filled it immediately!!! This place should be ashamed or embarrassed... or, both.

I spoke to a very helpful gentleman who assured me that my pain medication prescription would be ready when I arrived. Neither of them would fit in a shopping cart. This gentleman went way out of his way to get the TV from the back of the store and add it to the TV stand in another part of the store on a flat bed, walk it though checkout and all the way to my car, where he loaded it singlehandedly and with a smile. He made our shopping experience pleasant and made our day. Note: Customers don't have access to flatbed dollies and it's always a tossup how to get a big purchase moved.
