They turned out to be clearly…read moredefective, but instead of helping me contact the company that made them I was told they wouldn't help me, the boot company wouldn't either, and if I really want to I could contact lammles head office. The manager was rude, unprofessional and used phrases during our conversation such as " don't get snarky with me" and " if you had purchased a pair of more expensive boots we would have fixed them for you". I attempted to contact head office. When you send an email it says you will receive a response in 72 hours. I've never received a reply. I called 5 times, leaving 2 messages. Apparently only one person at head office will deal with warranty or customer service questions. She is on lunch every time i call and doesn't return phone messages. I finally contacted the boot company, who have been far more helpful than lammles and do deal with their customers directly. I will not shop their again, nor advise any one else to. I get better customer service from my local dollar store.

The salesgirls were awesome. Sometimes serving with a smile and a touch of sympathy for moms is a blessing. We got some great clothes at a good price and a smile. Thanks for being good to us. Totally recommend Warehouse One and will definitely be back.

Staff were very rude. Complained loudly about the fact that there were people shopping close to…read moreclosing time, cussed loudly, were rude to customers, and loudly and to the faces of young customers talked about how they were frustrated that they had to stay and now clean more. I understand being frustrated about a rush, working in customer service myself, but these ladies were rude and should have at least kept their voices down if they are going to cuss about customers in their store- especially because there were children present.

The whole ordeal was a nightmare, by the end of this whole ordeal and goiving every single detail she could ask for, had me and my mother in law crying. Sorry but the lady on the phone had no customer service skills and was extremely rude. Will never order stuff online from Home Depot ever again.
