I ordered a 10"round cake. They got that part right. I asked for blue writing, but they wrote with white frosting onto white frosting; making it hard to see what was written. The cake was beyond dry. Store employee refused to open the locked case in automotive and told be to buy different zipties that came with less and cost more. 20pc for 3$ instead of the 50pc for 2$ that i wanted. i know, only 1$ difference but the problem was she refused to help me get the product i asked for and basically told me to get those because it was easier on her so she wouldn't have to do her job and open the case that she was called over to automotive to open for me. she said "why won't these work? these are easier to get, just buy those." and after i explained the quantity and price difference she just looked at me and said "but those'll work" and then walked away. read more

We get home delivery service art Walmart Supercenters across the country as we travel. It's the first thing we do when we get into an AirBB for a week or more. We got one delivery from Walmart our first day in town, but never got another. Even though we ordered online well in advance. They just Never Showed with another delivery! The message online said it was delayed. Four hours later it still says Delayed. Gave us the option to cancel. So we did. A day later we tried again. Same thing. I come to this location because its convenient but Walmart Corporation need to change the pick up signs in the app. It only goes to Spot 14 and they have 20 spots. So when you check in you have to say Curbside full when you are in a spot. THATS CRAZY. Why would yall only have 14 spots and people sitting in there cars waiting over 30 minutes waiting on their orders. Walmart shouldn't say its ready when you have a full lot. The attendant don't ask who you are when they come and deliver other groceries, to make the transfer easier. The number on the sign you can't get anyone on the phone because the voice-mail stay full. Wish I could give this place a zero star but the fact that it's the only super center Walmart near Leesburg, have no other option but to give it a 1. Literally, almost all of the employees here are genuinely slow and work like they literally aren't being paid to just help or be a decent human being. It blows my freakin mind. Don't rely on asking an employee where something is because they'll tell you the wrong aisle. Don't rely on order pick up because it'll be 3+ hours late from your designated time. Don't rely on even calling the store for a question because they won't answer and if they do, they'll answer then hang up. This place is so frustrating and they need to retrain their employees. Just an average Walmart. It's been insanely crowded both times I've visited. This is not good during a pandemic. They need to do a better job of limiting capacity and enforcing social distancing. One thing I did like is that masks are required for all customers , and all employees are supposed to be wearing them. The employees in automotive were pleasant, great guest service skills. However, not sure who dropped the ball, but it took them almost 2.5 hours to tell us that our oil change was declined due to them not having the right part to get the cap off of my Jetta. Keep in mind we were the only vehicle there for an oil change, no one ahead of us waiting, no one behind us. This set us back significantly in our 12-hour drive back to Houston, TX. read more

As Walmart's go this location is just fine. I didn't see what the negative reviews were for actually. They had everything I wanted and needed and then some. I went to the store because I wanted to change up my bathroom decor. Huge selection of stuff. Ad with all Walmart trips you start buying stuff you didn't want or need. Shelves were neatly stocked and full. Didn't have to find an associate for anything because it was all conveniently displayed. Didn't even wait in line long and it was evening time. I am writing to recommend the sub sandwiches at Walmart stores. Close to the deli section in most all Walmart's you will see sub type sandwiches I am referring to the ones wrapped in white butcher type paper with a label telling you the type of sandwich and the ingredients. These sandwiches are GREAT. The bread is actually fresher than any bread you can get from subway. It is a white bread and it is so very tender. I have tried most of the different types of sandwiches offered and all of them were very good. They are well worth the cost. Now on the flip side the deli sandwiches in the deli wrapper the one with a view window of the food, don't bother. OMG, it was more expensive than the other ones and it stated it had lettuce on the sandwich. NOT, the bottom piece of bread felt like a rock, half of the cheese looked hard and unbeatable and there was one small strip of lettuce on the whole sandwich. LOL. NEEDLESS TO SAY. I got ripped off and it is not worth the money so put it back and grab one of the other ones, in the white paper. You will not regret trying these sandwiches. Enjoy your lunch or dinner. read more

Well, well...this place was a madhouse late last night with all of the shoppers except myself (because I am forever alone, unfortunately) buying all kinds of Valentine's Day gifts and items. Lots of issues with this store that I thought could have been handled much better with a little forethought and planning. There were absolutely no shopping carts inside on both the General Merchandise (GM) and Grocery sides. I had to walk out of the store to the cart racks and grab one. I guess all of the cart attendants had the night off. As I mentioned before, there were a lot of customers. I don't know why they waited literally to the last minute to buy gifts for their companion. And I think it is a little tacky for couples to shop together for V-day gifts to give to each other. So where's the element of surprise? I guess it is the thought that counts. Still though... The checkout lines were really long due to the amount of shoppers. Dude had closed the self-checkout line right at midnight, so everyone was forced to wait in line. Luckily the lines were moving fast despite only about five or six of them being open. This is another thing about Walmart...why have 30 registers if most of them are never used all that once? What an adventure it was shopping here last night. read more

Military family, we just arrived to Albany from driving cross country and decided to stop at Walmart for some basic things, mind you this was the first day arriving to Albany with my 4 kids. Soon as we pull in to the parking lot, we had to wait 1 min 22 seconds for 2 cars doing donuts and then drifting in circles before leaving, we noticed trash all over the parking lot so bad that we heard 3 explosions from my truck pooping bottles all over, once we got in to the Walmart, we got dirty looks, and people were throwing footballs all over the store, my kid got hit, and everything in the store was thrown in the ground due to the lack of courteous people have in this city. Do not use the delivery or pickup service at this location. It's extremely common for this supercenter to miss items on your list, not give you updates on missing items, exchange about 7-10 items on your grocery list with substitutes that don't match the replaced item, and on top of all this, you can have your delivery canceled for almost anything. Driver doesn't want to deliver? Canceled. Driver doesn't call location because x Driver can't find it on Google? Canceled. ZERO communication from the supercenter or Driver when problems arrive, even when you post your phone # in the comment section for them to see. the ONLY saving grace is the customer support line that handles things when things like this happen. Don't even bother calling the supercenter because chance are, you won't get anyone from any of the four departments you can call. Use ANY other store for delivery or pickup. AVOID this place like the plague for ANY online services. read more

Edit: Dropping the score. I was being too hopeful and amiable. The employees seem to be getting worse. Even when there's massive lines they never open new registers. I've gotten to where I actually time the wait time in line because I know it's going to be ridiculous...last was 27 minutes 41 seconds. There were only 2 people in line ahead of me. It is always like that. They've had a clearance section for 3 months+ that's had the same stuff on it because they refuse to drop the price by more than around $10 from regular price. Other Walmart stores have way better clearance deals. I've gotten items from other Walmarts that were marked down to 50% or less of original price. New review below. Pros: 24 hour Walmart. The door on right side is locked around 10pm. Don't run into it. Convenient to other shopping in the area. Mall, Target, Kmart, lots of food around the way. Carry firearms still. Some Walmart stores in Georgia no longer carry them. They finally got rid of the cursed gun cabinet and went back to the beloved rotating display. Now I can actually see the prices again. Has a gas station which often has the cheapest gas on this side of town. If you don't have a Sams Club membership anyways. The store itself is large and offers a good variety compared to Walmart across town. (Especially electronics) , but variety isn't as good as Walmart stores out of this town. Cons: The cashiers are MEGA slow. The lines are long and terrible. It will often still take over 20 minutes in line when they're checking out 2-3 people. You will blow almost a half hour just on the line. This store isn't great for quick purchases, like it should be. They are perpetually out of some items. Want diet Sam's Choice colas or Diet Dr Thunders? Good Luck. There's plenty more throughout the store that you'll find like that, or rather won't because it will not be there. They never utilize even half of their registers. Even during huge shopping times like Christmas, most will be closed, even though the lines will stretch into the clothing areas. The pharmacy is overworked. There's, again, always a line, but that's because they have too many customers. My mother changed her pharmacy to a different store because of wait times being too long. Couple of times they've made a simple mistake with my prescription that caused more wait time (They got my birth date wrong. Had to redo it. +20 minutes). Quite a few employees seem to never know what they're doing (you use a gift card, they will have to call over multiple people to figure out how to ring it up) Pretty often things are marked incorrectly. Usually "clearance" items that don't ring up for the clearance price. Occasionally, they'll ring up for lower than the marked prices. It's a bit of a crap shoot. It's still often overcrowded, during the weekends especially. The lines will be huge (even the garden center). The aisles blocked carelessly with many people's baskets turned sideways while they chit chat aimlessly. Many a toddler will wail so menacingly that they could possibly wake the dead. Conclusion: Honestly, if I have a choice I'll drive out of town and go to another Walmart. Yes, it's that bad. It really is one of the worst Walmart stores I've been to...and I've been to quite a few. read more

Absolutely the worst Walmart my wife and I have ever been to. We avoid Walmart at all costs and only go here if there is something we can't get anywhere else. Every time we have shopped here the employees are rude and when you need help with anything they treat you like you are the world's greatest inconvenience. We bought something the other day and had to return it. My wife and I waited in line for 30 minutes and when we finally got to the customer service register the lady told us that she was closed and we had to wait in the other line. She was more than willing to help the person in front of us and we were the last customers in that line. We then had to go to the back of the line for the other register and wait another 20 minutes. Once we waited and returned our items my wife asked for the manager. She walked into another room and we waited. She came out 10minutes later and just walked right by us and left. I have been going to the Ledo Walmart for quite sometime now. I have to agree with the previous writer. At times, I have noticed the rude behavior of the workers. However, I have also noticed that the lines have began to get even longer. When asking some of the African American workers for help, they will give you a look out of this world and answer you in a very harsh manner, very rudely. Also, it is a dare to even bother them for any assistance at all. I am military retired and I have never seen such rude and disrespectful behavior from employees who worked in an establishment such as I have in this place. This includes the supervisors/managers. In the beginning, I would just ignore the rudeness, ignorance and un-professionalism of the workers and the supervisors/managers because I felt that they were having a bad day. After many times and days went by, whenever I would still shop there, I still noticed there bad and nasty behavior towards not only me, but other customers. Finally, my family and I made the decision that because of the behavior of the workers including the supervisors/manager, we would began to travel outside of the Albany areas to other Walmarts. The experience that I had not only the other day, but in the past at the Ledo Walmart store has been horrible. I refused to spend money in a place where the behavior of the individuals are very poor. At one time, I gave this Wlalmart high marks for being a good place to shop, but now after shopping there for a while and paying close attention to the people poor behavior and attitudes, I find it to be a pathetic place to shop and spend money Thank God there are other places in the area to enjoy, shop and feel safe in the surrounding area. Well, Let's see where to begin with Lee Co.'s Walmart. I have lived in Albany/Leesburg pretty much my whole life and have never taken the time to write a review on a store but after my experience this weekend with this Walmart I am making sure I let people know how this store is being run. Me and a friend went to Walmart to get a showerhead for my bathroom due to mine breaking at the connector. We took our time comparing specifications as well as prices. We finally decided on one for $25+(or so all of them were marked) as well as one for my kids bathroom and some other items. As we checked out it rang up $42+ I explained to to the cashier that it was marked $25+,she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. Despite my objections my friend bought it anyway. As we were leaving we stopped back by the showerheads to look at the price again and on the row were 4-5 of the same showerheads were, it was clearly marked $25+. I went to the garden center and asked an the associate working the register to please call a manager to the department and that I would be waiting. After 20 minutes of standing there I went back to the associate to ask how long did the manager say it might be, but she was with a customer. I looked back up the aisle and saw 2 employees in the main aisle by shampoos and such so I walked up and asked if one of them was a manager, after both looking like they didn't want to answer the male Jermaal stated he was, I told him I had a question and needed his help in the showerhead dept. Jermaal stated he would be with me in JUST A MINUTE. I said ok I would be waiting in the aisle, 20+ minutes later no Jermaal or any other manager had showed up. So I went looking for Jermaal or the female associate he speaking with, I found her on the vitamin aisle and asked her where the manager went. She replied he had left right after I walked off and she thought heading towards me. I stated I had not seen him but would she mind calling to find him or another manager and she walked off I assumed to call to the back or wherever. After another 10+ minutes passed I was way past upset, so I went to the customer service desk where I waited another 8-10 minutes and finally got to speak with the associate working there, who turned out to be a manager for customer service. Remember this is now working on almost an hour since I first asked for a manager and over 40 minutes since Jermaal was going to be with me "In just A minute" I explained to her what was going on and that I needed a manager and the name of Jermaal(I found later his name). SHe apologized and was very help, she walked with me back to where my friend was STILL waiting in the showerhead aisle, and she went to try to find the manager of that dept. or another higher-up manager. She came explained she had called for one and if it was longer than 5 mins to please come back and get her and she also got the associate who worked in the dept and I explained that most of the prices were wrong and I know people mess up displays but this section was marked completely incorrectly, to which he replied it happens everyday. After 5-7 mins, me and my friend went back to customer service and the very helpful manager called for another Assistant manager to come up. Finally after only a few minutes another manager came up, I must say both the customer service manager and the assistant manager who helped us were exactly what a should manager be like BOTH DESERVE A RAISE!! The assistant manager called over the radio after I explained what had happened and asked for Jermaal, he picked up and she asked him where he was and if he was suppose to be helping a customer, that I was still there and wanted to speak with him. While I waited on Jermaal the assistant manager did refund the difference in price for the showerhead(which I really appreciated but at this point I was fuming for being left standing for almost an hour at this point by Jermaal. As he came up I asked him what was his reason for telling me he would help me "IN JUST A MINUTE" and now almost an hour later he never showed up,came by to tell me he had another manager coming or anything. His response was "Didn't someone help you already?" I said "No" He stated that he had been told by the employee (who the customer service manager went and got) told him he had helped me. I responded that I hadn't asked for an associate that when I approached him I asked if he was a manager VERBATIM "He would be there in just A MINUTE", not for an associate. I asked him again what was his excuse was so when I contacted his manager Monday, Barry(store manager), for his unprofessional and downright despicable behavior. Jermaal then stated he had another customer to attend to before me, so I stated, "Your excuse is that you have been with another customer for over an hour and didn't tell me that from the get-go and why would you say you'd help me in "JUST A MINUTE" ,he just looked stunned, I am now trying to contact Barry!! read more
