This was the cleanest Walmart I've ever been in. Staff was so friendly and the grab and go section is amazing

This Wal-mart has a new Store manager. I went to the electronics section and he was there on a computer. The store was quiet, early morning, not busy. He was about 5 feet from me and at an angle but he never looked my way not even to say the Wal-mart Hi to greet a customer. I waited curious about how he would be as the new Manager. He never addressed me, finally an employee came out of nowhere and helped me. So much for the new Store Manager with the goatee. read more

Went to get an oil change. They told me it would take 20 minutes maybe 30. Well it's been over an hour and I am still waiting. While 4 mechanics are standing in a circle having what looks like an interesting conversation. The service sucks here and I'm never going through this company again. 3 different customers already asked for their keys back cuz they decided to just go somewhere else that has waaay better service. read more

My friend was checking out and forgot a ($10) item in the bottom of the cart. Instead of stopping him to ask and check the receipt to make sure he scanned it (which he would have gladly have gone back and done so) they called the sheriffs department and had him arrested. Over a common accident. read more

I have shopped at Walmart for years. I have been to ones in bigger towns that are just too crowded for me. While nothing is perfect all the time. I understand it is hard to get people who want to work in these times. I've been using grocery pickup mostly this year. Very friendly courteous associates bring my order out. It's so much easier to order online. where I find things, I didn't know they even had and can comparison shop products in the comfort of my living room. Don't have to worry about other people being in my way or not wearing masks. I would rather go inside for my produce after getting a bag of half rotten potatoes and a couple of other bad things that they don't take the time to notice. I love my Walmart. read more

These reviews are right on. We recently moved and this is the closest store to our house. I sent photos to the one hour development and when you go to pick up there is never anyone in the photo department. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to come I had to leave, since I rode with someone who had finished shopping. I came back the next day to the same experience. Finally, I pleaded to a check-out clerk and she got my photos. The calls for addition help go unheeded. If you call over there often no one will answer and a recording comes on saying "no one is available to take your call." Why yes, I like to drive 22 miles to see if you might have something. And don't get me started on why prices here are much higher than other stores on same merchandise. It's not like they have high transportation cost being located a 25 miles from Rogers. I blame everything on the management team, since ultimately it's their responsibility to raise the bar. Too bad Mr. Sams is not in charge anymore. This store is a disgrace to him. read more

They consistently put customer service at the bottom of the list of priorities. You can always expect long lines with mangers and clerks tending to more important matters. Tip: Beware the wine nazi! read more

Once again thought "why not I'll give them a chance to redeem themselves". Well that was a freaking mistake. It's pouring down rain, we go in to get a flat repaired. Everything went fine until the repair is done I go out to the car and they left the freaking window DOWN. are you kidding me? I am here in Arkansas for a training. I went to this Walmart to buy some basic things to have at my hotel room. What a terrible experience... These employees have no clue what good customer service is. No greetings, no smiles and the cashier was actually quite rude. My wife and I where very disappointed.. wow read more

This Walmart is in need of a new manager. The people are not helpful, there are few registers open. The shelves are not well stocked and there are almost no sugar free items in the store. As many people in this area are diabetic it would seem they would look at the needs of the area. I am going to the Harps in town to get these items. read more

I just bought a "made fresh daily" marketside ranch cobb salad from the deli and had to though out the entire thing. IT WAS FROZEN, then when it thawed enough to eat, it was mush. Made fresh daily last week!! read more
