Ok, so this review is more for the auto center than the entire store. Overall it's like any typical Walmart. But I have to say that every time I've brought my car to get serviced, the wait time is never more than an hour or so... which is amazing compared to the amount of hours upon hours I've waited at other auto centers with Walmart. I'd give location a negative number of stars if I could. We had an issue. I called and spoke with someone who claimed to be the "store manager." Her name was Natalia and I'm sure she's not the manager. She referred me to the pharmacy who did call me back. When I explained my problem, Maria said she would have the pharmacy manager call me back. I'm still waiting for the call and doubt that it will ever come. Why should I ever shop here again? These people do not care about their customers. Fortunately, Amazon is far better to deal with. They get my vote; Walmart loses. read more

Everytime you think you found a decent place to get auto work done they screw you over. Over the past few times going to this locations auto service I go there e xpecting to go in and wait get my service done. Lately they have either put in a ticket have me wait and after my allotted time I ask or am told that something is not in stock or some equipment that is required to do the work is broken. This happens after already waiting an hour. I really hate this place now. They have good prices on tires but good luck getting them installed, the other services they dont put the time into it to either complete it correctly or do it at all. read more

This use to be a regular Walmart, meaning they use to only sell clothe and sporting goods now they turned it in to a Super Walmart and sell food also including frozen products and dairy. Costumer service here is horrible, no one will show you were a product is if you are looking for it, stuff is hard to find such a food goods and the lines are long and only a few registers open. I rather go to Kmart then come here but I was looking for some Cafe Cool that I was told in there site they had here, not found..I did not even bother asking for help. read more

i actually never do reviews, but this needs to be told.. walmart advertises items not in stock, charges you for the items, charges for delivery, charges for driver tips, and when it fails to supply items, and you cancel your order, you are forced to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund. gov ebt cards are refunded same day, they never have drivers, but take your orders and cash.. they will make their own changes to your order should an item not fit your order and provide unsellable items that were disgarded by in store shoppers... as bad as amazon is, its safer to shop there and your protection levels are greater... see my full story on this issue on my podcast and all social media sites... feb 01 2023 read more

Standing in one of the only two cashier checkout lines open 2 days before Christmas. 7 of us in line. Wow customer service at its best.

Very unprofessional and bad management. Drivers won't deliver your groceries if tip is not high enough for them. And I have been paying monthly for deliver. They will cancel your order and notate that it was cancelled because you rejected the order or some other untrue reason for them not delivering your order. They fail to deliver my grocery order 6 times in a roll. And also delivered my groceries to the wrong address. All Walmart stores need to be monitored. And the one that operate like the one in Casselberry, Fl. really need to clean house from the top to the bottom, because they are getting worst. And they should seriously train all of their employees the true meaning of professionalism. The Drivers should be remined, that tips are something given for a job well done by those who choose to tip them. Tips are not mandatory. Nor they meant to supplement their pay. If the drivers aren't making enough with their driver position, they really should get another job. unfortunately, there are lots of people with more than one job, but they do what they have to do to support themselves and their families without feeling that other have to give to them what they have not earned. Everyone is struggling and trying to make end meet. Groceries are much higher now and adding a tip on top of that is a strain. I have always tipped what I can. I will not give more than I can to people who think they are entitled. And hold my groceries hostage for more money. I have no car and my husband, and I are handicapper. If you're going to do Self Check Out, for the love of all things good and holy, KEEP YOUR FREAKING RECEIPT OUT!!! I literally bought a bag of dog food and some salad dressing, and I couldn't find my receipt when leaving. Since when did Walmart Security turn into OPD ??? Since when did they turn into Costco like how they check receipts? I have TONS of receipts in my wallet, I couldn't find it in time, so they made me walk across the store ON MY LUNCH BREAK, had me try to print it out again at self check out, that didn't work, so they had me go to Customer Service, where they scanned all TWO of my items to check that I paid for everything. Why is Walmart making everyday people feel like criminals??? It's not like I had a freaking TV or anything expensive in my cart at all either! Then off I go to Customer Service with the Security Associate escorting me there... When the Customer Service Associate printed my receipt, the Security Associate didn't even look at it !!! I said to him, "After all this trouble on my lunch break, you're absolutely going to look at this receipt, Esmar." This guy should apply to the freaking police force! Sheesh! I'm honestly fine with keeping protocols in place, but if you're going to REQUIRE every single person to have a receipt checked before being allowed to leave the store, then PUT UP SIGNS SAYING KEEP YOUR RECEIPT OUT !!! A very busy Walmart center. Most of the time I do not even want to go inside because how busy it is. However, convenience of having most of things I need in one place is nice so I try my best and go inside with better attitude. I have not had many problems here. Sometimes it is hard to find something and staff seemed to know everything about grocery isles but not about vacuum filters for example. I would like to try their pick up option sometimes in the future so wait for future review. read more

This store is awful! It's a Friday, late in the afternoon In the middle of the Christmas holidays! The resister. lines are all the way out to the Aisles. This store is packed. There are only 2 registers open. Of course all the self check outs are open. I refuse to use the self check out as it takes away from local jobs. And also adds to the inefficiency in the store. I pay 12 a month for Walmart plus to get my groceries delivered on a specific time once a week. Every time that have been late and nobody ever answers the phone at this store. It's like they were trained not to answer. I've called at least ten times today. I understand they work as fast as they can but I just wanted an update on what was going on with my order. THIS IS FOR GROCERY DELIVERY ONLY. Something is wrong with that department. They accept orders but don't deliver. This started last week (thereabouts). I have spent hours trying to find out why and how to get Walmart groceries delivered. Even tried ordering from another Walmart almost as close as "my" assigned store. Order apparently was moved to my so called primary store so here I am....no groceries, no time estimate, unable to reach the grocery delivery department. Since I have no car and am 80 years and need a walker and am alone, I will have to shell over $$ to another delivery service and pay more for groceries. Thank you Walmart. read more

Horrifying customer service. Took me forever to find an associate, waited patiently when I found one talking to another customer, and then he straight up walked away from me. Another associate tried to call an associate to sporting goods to assist me three times and no one ever showed up. I then waited in like after the third failed attempt to be told the item I wanted must be out of stock if it wasn't on the floor - something that took over a half hour of poor service to be told. Also about half the associates were wearing masks off their noses - which is pointless and dumb. This store is terrible. read more

Awful customer service. No one is able to pick up a phone after 8 pm. Yesterday I scheduled to pick up groceries from this location instead of my usual (Neighborhood Walmart on Red Bug which is fantastic). The pick up time slot was scheduled for 7-8pm. My husband arrived at 8pm and no one was there. No one would answer the phone, so he went inside and was told they were closed and he wouldn't be able to pick up the groceries until the following day. Today I called at 7:30 to confirm the order was there as my husband was on his way. The woman who answered the phone (apparently the supervisor) was very rude. I was told by the supervisor "by the way, we expect people to pick up orders by 7:45." I asked why there was an available time slot to pick up from 7-8 if it's truly only from 7-7:45. I was told "that's how the company is, that has nothing to do with me." Cool. Thanks. I had her cancel the order. Probably would've gotten there by 7:45 to pick it up, but I wouldn't want to inconvenience anyone who worked there by asking them to do their job. read more

I used the mobile pick up from a small online purchase (2items) and waited 45 minutes for my order, and it wasn't busy. I was told my order was just sitting there and they don't know why nobody took it out to me. Next time I'll just use Amazon. read more

Jose in auto center is off the charts. He reviewed my tires purchased documents recognized apopka Walmart put the correct tires on my car but charged for different tires. He explained my current tires needed to be replaced because of the way they were wearing. It a little further drive but customer service excellence is worth it!! I highly recommend. read more

I never shop at Walmart, moreso because it's out of the way for us. Came here recently for the first time in a very long time to check things out and pick up some basics. While nothing has changed (packed aisles even on a Sunday evening, long checkout lines) we had an ok experience. Patience is definitely a must if you shop here. I was pleased to find that they have expanded to carrying vegetarian options (produce aisle and freezer aisle) . While their selection isn't the greatest, it is a start and I appreciated having an affordable option. This would still probably not be a regular place for us to shop but an option for select items when we're in the area. Also, wish they would encourage use of recyclable bags when shopping here. Dirty. That is the first word that comes to min when I think of my recent visit to this particular Wal-Mart. Before even walking into the store, the shopping carts I had to choose from looked grimy and old - thank goodness they had sanitizing wipes for the carts! Once inside the store, the floors looked dirty and the produce looked withered and unappealing. Store employees did not offer assistance and were too focused on carting boxes of merchandise to and fro and joking amongst themselves. Fellow customers looked frustrated and no one was smiling in the badly lit store. Shelves were not nearly stocked and most items did not look appealing. I did not enjoy my visit and would rather not return to this store. read more

DIRTY - UNORGANIZED - RUDE - HOME OF 300 EMPLOYEES and 1 check out lane open. Newer building, same low quality vibe and attitude it always had! Nothing ever changes at the Casselberry Wal Mart, probably because they've had the same manager going back to the old crusty version. Welcome to Wal Mart where the customer is hassled, never thanked for their business, and possibly run over by rude uncaring shelve stockers! Expect long lines and even longer waits at this location as they have what seems to be 300 employees on staff, but only 1 check out lane open. I know it sounds like I'm exagerrating, but last night when I approached the front of the store, there were literally 15 different people crammed into one lane, because that's all that was open.... 1 lane! My friend and I looked at the line, dropped our items on the spot and left the store. The sale is the least important ingredient here. Obviously they have a management problem... I know they have employees to staff this joint, but choose not to. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened to me, but that wouldn't be the truth. This same scenario has happened at least 4 times in the past couple of years, leaving me asking myself why do I ever attempt to shop here? I have nothing against Wal Mart. When I visit my parents local Wal Mart in another state, it's the cleanest most organized store in town. People look you in the eye and say thank you. They are helpful, and have plenty of check out lanes open at all times of the day. If there's too many customers standing in line, they open up another line so customers aren't left waiting. It seems like a simple concept, but the Casselberry Wal Mart makes everything look difficult. Congratulations to the Casselberry Wal Mart! Walmart can get overwhelming, but this location never seems to be that crowded. I think they have a great selection on everything. I don't use it for grocery but it looked pretty stocked up. I like the garden center and no problem ever getting a cashier. As far as walmarts go, this is one of the better ones. read more

This is the WalMart I usually go to, because I know where everything is, and they have a bigger selection than the Deep Lake Rd one (which is closer to me). I cannot go during normal business hours, because Walmarts in general drive me absolutely crazy. I don't know if it's the locations Walmarts decide to set up shop, or just the people that tend to go to Walmart, but it is always insane. People blocking aisles, no registers open, self checkout has 2 working lanes, like why? I literally probably just came here for like 3 items, and now I'm waiting behind someone with two carts full of groceries for self checkout, what kind of life is this?.. anyway... early mornings, or late nights, Walmarts are much more bearable. Not sure why they offer in store pickup. It takes longer to check in and wait for someone to acknowledge you than it would to just go get the item off the shelf and check out yourself. Only set my order for pickup because it was the last one in stock, and it's a battery for my car. The website says the offer free installation. Upon arrival, I was told there would be no installation until tomorrow morning. So then I bought tools so I could change the battery myself. I'm not a fan of Wal-Mart. However, I've been disappointed with the meat selection at my local grocery store, so I decided to try the meats here. I've been very impressed! The steaks in the black packaging are the Premium cuts, and they're priced lower than my grocery store, but they're much better cuts. Same with the chicken. Their normal prices is $3.55/lb, and the chicken is tender and delicious--a much better quality than my grocery store, which normally sells their chicken at 4.99/lb. You can also find a pretty good deal here on almost anything canned, boxed, or bottled. It's a little out of the way, so I make sure to stock up on dry goods while I'm here. They also have a bunch of flavored creamers (especially seasonal ones) that are hard to find elsewhere. Of course it's best to go early in the morning before the crowds flock. It gets nasty during the afternoon and weekends. Just avoid it if you can. My husband and I have been approached to purchase stereo equipment out of a van while walking to our cars. Point is: this is a great store if you can avoid the people! read more

Walmart doesn't give a crap about poor reviews, but I'm posting this as a warning to other customers at the store's auto center. I ordered in some Continental tires for my car about a week ago and made an appointment for January 28th to have the tires fitted. Two days ago I received a message cancelling the appointment because the tires had been delayed. Yesterday I called to find out when they could reschedule, and was told that my tires were in fact already there - so why the cancellation notice? Went there today at the scheduled time and was immediately approached by one of the staff members, who proceeded to give me the whole up-sell and switch-and-bait routine. I get that staff in places like this are pressured by supervisors to do this, but putting on the hard sell is one thing, misrepresenting things or outright lying is another matter. As the guy started setting out the costs involved he tried telling me that the warranty on the tires would cost an extra $15, which was BS - I specifically bought the tires in question because they come with a substantial manufacturer's warranty - when I pointed this out he looked away and blustered that 'the warranty is as extra we offer to cover damage' - funny, he didn't mention either the fact it was an 'offer' or an 'extra' going in! Clearly people like this rely on the ignorance of customers to try and snow them. On and on it went. He followed up by telling me it would cost extra to have the new tires balanced - last I looked it comes as a stock service for new tires because it's a necessary component of the installation. Then I went inside and found that the waiting area is closed off due to Covid - customers are presumably expected to stand around for 30 - 60 minutes, or better yet, walk the store and buy things they hadn't planned on. The guy suggested I go across the store to the in-house McDonald's to wait - so they can close off their waiting room due to Covid, but sitting in McDonald's is apparently Covid-free? What, is the virus so health-conscious that it stays away from fast food outlets? By then I'd had enough, and told them to just cancel the order and refund my money. But wait, there's more! The obnoxious woman at the desk claimed that she couldn't process the refund and that I'd have to go to customer service. I then traipsed all the way across the store, lined up, only to be told eventually that the store itself can't handle the refund because Walmart.com is a separate entity from the stores - then why did Walmart.com process my credit card and send me to the store, rather than get Scotty to teleport one of their staff to my house with the tires and install them there? I called my wife on the way home and asked her to set the wheels in motion for the refund. She first called the store, only to put up with her own bout of abrasive and argumentative behavior from the harridan working the desk at the auto center. Beware this store, at least as far as the auto center is concerned. It seems obvious that unsavory and dishonest practices are encouraged among the staff to con unsuspecting customers out of their money. read more

Terrible service. Busiest days they only have 2 cashiers available. I don't like self checkout because I don't work there. I went to purchase some sausage and it was all expired by 2 months. Another product I needed never seemed to be on the shelf. I went online to order it and they had plenty for pickup same day, just not on the shelf. So I ordered it and found out I can't pick it up inside the store at the kiosk. Only outside and in order to alert them I'm there I have to download the app. Whoever is the manager there should be replaced. read more

This review is for the auto center. I've been taking my 1997 Ram here for tire changes and battery replacements since January 2005. I have never had a problem with this department. They have not broken anything nor left grease on my seats, etc. The rest of the store is as other Wal-Mart. Noisy and crowded. I will not be going to this store any more if I can help it. The store is full with inventory, but has no one to help you. I and another customer walked around the walls of the entire store looking for someone to help us find something. Finally after 20 minutes someone came by sweeping the floor. They never answer the phone after 8pm and i have seen them just stand there in the electronics talking while it is ringing. Most of the people working in the store have bad attitudes because they have to do the work of several people each. Haven't done reviews for a store yet. But I'll give this Walmart 4 stars because they seem to have everything put together and because of the cashier that helped me and my mom out today. Mayaling? I believe that was her name. Forgive me for misspelling. She is the best person I've ever seen work at any Walmart. She was smiling, patient, we had to make 4 separate transactions and she acted like it was a normal thing. Other cashiers would've gotten upset for nothing but she was slightly dancing, having a good time thus making my mom and I have a good time checking out at Walmart. Which isn't something you think will happen while grocery shopping. She asked us our names, seemed interested. Customer service at its best. lol But please promote her, reward her do something! So, I brought my car in to get a synthetic oil change and to have the tires rotated. Wandered around the store for almost 2 hours and went back to service to discover my car had been ready for well more than a half hour yet I was never notified. After paying, I went to my car and noticed the tires had not been rotated, I looked over the paperwork and it stated that I declined tire rotation although the kid who checked me in reviewed my order before I gave him the keys. Additionally he walked around the car, looked at the tires and made notes in his tablet. After speaking to a shop tech, his response was that too much tread was worn on one tire and they weren't comfortable rotating them in their present condition. I asked why I wasn't made aware of this and he quickly offered to do the rotation asap, which I declined. Then driving home, I noticed the reminder sticker was set for me to return in 3000 miles although synthetic oil will let you go over 5000 miles. Worst place ever, I was the only one who didn't speak Spanish.. Also, you think at least one of these idiots would have tried to sell me a new tire! read more

I tried the pick up service at this location for an item I ordered from wal mart.com and if I could give a -5 star review I would , this service is supposed to make things easier on a person not a greater inconvenience, i got a text saying my order had arrived I went to this location did some grocery shopping then went to the pick up spot was told that it is only for groceries that I had to go inside, so went inside checked in at a lil kiosk thing and a message came up saying t we are experiencing difficulties an associate will be right with you, 25 mins later after much pacing and getting angrier and angrier a nice tall ginger haired fellow working the door took pity on us, I can not recall his name but he was the only redeeming thing about this experience,he got on the radio and asked whoever was working pick ups to please come and assist. Take my word for it just order from amazon I will from now on!! read more

The worst pharmacy experience I have had in my life. At least they are consistent at that. It has been so terrible I am transferring my prescriptions from Walmart period. Missing refills - not in the bag. Argumentative. On hold forever. One employee told me she could not work on my my order because she is ten minutes from lunch. I kid you not. Neither the store or tech help could attach my email to my account so I could have history at that store - despite six calls from me. They act like the customer is a major inconvenience.
