It's much cleaner than Wal-Mart and the selection is superior. They even have an assortment of organic and international products. Food Pyramid is really expensive, especially when compared to Wal-Mart down the street, so you're better off buying packaged foods there.

They have a good selection of fresh produce and dry goods as well as a self service spice bar and oil and vinegar bar where you can fill up your own jars or bags with whatever you want. They also have a small selection of diary / cold products, gifts, and snacks to go. They have a parking lot right next to them, so stopping by is easy. They were even kind enough to fill up our water bottles for us with filtered water. And the strawberries were amazing! A perfect quick stop for any road tripper.
