Whoever runs this store sucks at it. They have absolutely horrible customer service... As a manager myself for my team ever treated someone the way I was treated at this walmart they would all be fired and i'd run the show bare fucking bones. Red bull boxes were all over the store floor and when I went to go purchase them it said item could not be scanned... so the register associate came to help and looked at me like I was a Karen if there was anything we could do to fix this so I could buy the redbulls he said no. So I said well can I take them to customer service? He then proceeded to roll his eyes and say if you want to. So I go to customer service already not happy. The lady at the counter has absolutely horrible customer service and not to only just me but everyone who walked up to her... YOU ARE WORKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK!!!!!!!!! She told me the same thing so I asked to speak with a manager... the manager did absolutely nothing but call over the loud speaker for someone to come to customer service... big shocker NO ONE CAME!!!! I even asked her if someone was coming and she shrugged her shoulders and said i'm not sure we are still waiting.. MA'AM YOU ARE A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER!!!! I waited about 10 mins for absolutely nothing and didn't get any answer why I couldn't purchase 4 boxes of redbulls. Who ever is the general manager expect to see a written letter from me and there will also be one sent to walmart corporate offices. I will also be coming back in to talk to a higher up manager about the customer service that their staff provides. NO WONDER YALL HAVE A 3 STAR RATING!!! and that's pushing it, yall deserve a negative 5 star review. Absolutely horrible customer service is all i've ever gotten from this walmart. I am so sad and disappointed. I bought my so balloons for his 1st birthday yesterday and within 6 hours all his balloons were deflated. (His party is for today) $30 bucks for balloons that didn't even last for his birthday party. I'm so sad! Will not be buying them from here again. Grocery shopping for organic products on their Walmart platform was a breeze. The Walmart associate at the clearly marked pickup area at this store was polite and wore a face mask. The CDC (Center of Disease Control) guidance was respected consistently to keep everyone safe. The Walmart associate loaded promptly my trunk with purchased goods online. He asked kindly whether the substitutions selected for the few out-of-stock products were to my liking. The customer experience was stellar. The service continues to go downhill. Last week I was there and I was kicked out of the self-check line because I had more than 15 items and apparently that recently changed and I did not know. They were very rude about it. This time I had just over 15 items maybe 20 and I didn't get in the line, but there were only couple registers open on a peak part of the day. I sat and watched people with more items get in that self check line and went right through so I asked the ladies and she said, oh, were doing that last week but this week it's whatever. It depends on who is working the area. To me that was a very poor response and even more poor as a relates to customer service if you have a policy stick to that policy or let people know that. The lines were backed up through the walkway and into the shopping areas while the self check was zipping right through. They seemed to have had 10 people working in that area while only 3 or 4 doing regular lanes. Very poor management and service. Walmart used to be my go to, but not anymore. There's a Kroger's and a Publix right up the road that will respect my time and my money. read more

I shop here every weekend and it just gets worse and worse. They are consistently out of the things I buy. Every week the list of things I have to get somewhere else gets longer and longer. Chicken breast, hotdog buns, kool aid jammers, strawberries, those are just a few of the things they were out of today. I went I Walmart on the 10th of March. I bought (2) dozen eggs..I had them for breakfast this morning and I had food poisoning!!! When I bought them they were 2 weeks past the expiration date..need to do a better job on those items that are perishable in regards to the expiration date.. Thanks Walmart! The grocery pick up is the only thing that's good about this store. I'll say first off, I don't go inside this store. It's dirty and nasty and the customer service is awful. When they started offering grocery pick up I decided to try it. They make it VERY easy. You order online, then pick it up the next day around the side of the building. The put it in your car and they aren't suppose to take tips. There is no charge, other stores charge $5.00. Their prices are cheaper than anyone's, and the variety is amazing (we are vegan). The Gardein products I get at other stores are $4.79 to $5.99, and their price is $3.97. That can add up fast for savings. One thing I have to say though, a few items are always out of stock, it was getting annoying, but now I just order extra stuff. You can save a lot of money shopping this way, but mostly the convenience is what gets me going back. read more

Standing in Line to return an item and one employee is waiting on a lady in front of me and four employees are talking about food and recipes... a young man who it turns out his name is Red or that's what a woman called him... was laughing and joking around with them.. he looked over at me several times and just kept talking and goofing. I'm almost sure that this location is legendary for poor customer service. To avoid the long lines at the registers, I tried to use the grocery pick up service. I've used it three times now and there is always a problem. M groceries have never been ready at the pickup time I selected. On this last occasion, I'm ordered two containers of ice cream. I live no more than 7-10 minutes from the store. By the time picked up my order and got home, the ice cream was pure liquid. It would seem that they would store perishables in a freezer or cooler. So I wouldn't recommend the push-up service at this location. read more

This store is awful. No matter when you go the shelves are empty and there is stock setting on the floor. I asked about it and they said it was just remolded. I know two others stores they were remolded and they don't look like that. It used to be a good store, but now it nasty. Most of the time only one or two register are open. I'm laid up with a bad back so had to order groceries for delivery. Paid 18.00 fee for express, 2 hour delivery. It's 6 hours after the time of delivery and still no groceries. Nothing but excuses when you call. AND!!! They are charging an additional 7.00 when the delivery is completed for a driver tip. So 25.00 to get groceries ordered at 8:15 AM, to be delivered by 10:15 AM, and still not here at 4:30 PM. I LOATHE WALMART!!! read more

This is an absolutely abysmal place. If you can avoid this Walmart, do so. 1. Nobody seems to understand how to put their cart in the corral when they are finished with it. The parking lot is always littered with carts. 2. Scary looking people hang out in the parking lot at night. 3. The employees are rude and/or (for lack of a better word) stupid. I went to the electronics section to find a charger for my Samsung Galaxy s5. Two of the employees were standing around doing nothing, looking right at me, ignoring the fact that I needed help. Finally, a third employee tried to help me but had no idea what I was talking about. He directed me to the iPhones. I looked around on my own and found that (of course) they had no Samsung s5 chargers. 4. Nobody seems to know how to act. If they aren't running you over with their carts, they are blocking the aisles. Saying "excuse me" is useless, as nobody seems to understand what it means. 5. The self check out machines are a joke. "Remove this item, remove that item"..."too many items in bagging area" BLAH BLAH BLAH. You have to prep a bag before you scan anything, because if you don't bag it immediately, the machine starts yelling at you to bag it. 6. 20+ check outs, 4 of them open. Would give zero stars if I could. Not only are the employees rude, the place is filthy. I was there at 09:00 last Friday and this was the state of their bathrooms. The store was relatively quiet and it appeared to me that the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned since the previous evening. I went to customer service and showed theses photos to the woman working there. Overall selection is great. However, there is a lot of people at this store at once and not enough employees to balance it out. Waited awhile in the technology section for an employees help. The employee was very busy and Wal-Mart did not send anybody to help him. When he finally helped me you could tell he was stressed from all the people. He was very respectful and kind to me and even went to check in the back for something that I needed. So the whole time standing in line to return an defective item. A woman was standing there playing with tape while the other was working. A manager shows up and instead of telling her to work, she notices this woman has a stray hair, so she cut it off the woman, all while people are in line. Then they both left. The Two Notch Road Walmart is a HUGE store with an amazingly broad selection. That is why drive there to shop instead of the much smaller Walmart nearer my home. There is one problem. It is almost always poorly stocked. Often, the very things I drive twice the distance to buy are the very items out of stock. I can't say they don't have what I am looking for because it may be on the pallets parked in the middle of the walk-ways. When I am done shopping (whether I have everything I came for or not), and make my way to the Point of Sale (POS), there is always a wait. Registers stretch across the front of this huge store, but most of them sit dark as customers are backed up into the aisles. If you choose to use the self check out, many of them are dark as well, and often the POS terminals (take the double entendre, if you like) that aren't, are malfunctioning. At their best, the software is demanding and confusing. If the shelves aren't stocked, there are pallets blocking the ailses, and no one is manning the registers, what are all of the employees doing? As I stand on queue. I sometimes wonder why I bother with this Walmart at all. This is NOT a "Walmart problem" (except the POS software) This IS a location problem. Most of the stores I visit are much better. The store in Tallahassee, Florida is about the same size. It is usually well stocked, the aisles clear, sufficient points of sale open so there is little waiting to check out, and efficient, responsive, courteous, even friendly sales associates. Everything you would expect for a good shopping experience, but not what you find at the Two Notch, Walmart Supercenter. read more

This rating should be below zero to start off with. To start with, this store had 2 lanes open with lines backed all the way up through the isles, self checkout closed, and employees no where to be found. After 25 minutes of standing in line, i get up to the checkout with my items. I am actually matching them for the walmart.com price and they instruct me that they cant take a screenshot. okay, it says walmart at the top in search bar, my phones had 1 percent and i was trying to hurry not losing the info. One manager got an attitude telling me I need not raise my voice at her and started shaking her head behind my back. Meanwhile the cashier is saying she is off and ready to go, all while another person is going to check online for my price , while waiting she makes the comment she is about to quit anyway. This girl just leaves, she leaves the register and store. They had closed her register down and she couldnt finish my transaction or the other persons behind me but they were rushing me out of there, saying they couldnt help me and I left with my other items on the line. These were the most unprofessional managers I have ever seen in my life. Rude doesn't even come close to covering it. Clearly walmart will lose my business from now on. Just crappy service all around, not to mention there was a guy stealing chips and dip as the girl in front of me entered the store. Amazing this store is still open.
