A 5-star Walmart!!! I stopped here after a job interview in the area and was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it was your typical Walmart, well stocked, best prices in comparison to most other stores. My issue with all Walmarts has always been CUSTOMER SERVICE. The store itself was definitely typical but what was atypical was the amount of people who worked in the store that were actually NICE! I was looking for an item and I could see in the app that it was in stock but only at this location. So my visit here was very intentional. Since I had an interview in the area, I planned days before to go to this location for the item. It was a hard to find item because it could have been in multiple places but the app didn't have the aisle listed. I had to stop multiple employees and each one of them never acted annoyed, never acted bothered, always stopped and pulled out their pocket device to help me. After I'd finally found the item, I went to checkout and the cashier was even super friendly, very conversational and smiled during the entire transaction! I left blown away because I don't think I have ever had an experience at Walmart that left me eager to do a review. All Walmart staff need to take notes. This Walmart is 30 minutes from my home so it's too bad I likely won't return but definitely one for the books as far as Walmarts go! read more

Wish I could score lower. They do this on purpose. They have all these self checkout lanes just to close 90% of them. This place is always cluttered and for the love of God don't fill up your water here they can't even keep their machine clean. I had a bug go in my Jug and still to this day no one helped. read more

I have noticed a decline in the level of service at this store. What I don't understand is why they give you a delivery window will deliver by 10 PM. Well when was the last time that Walmart ever knocked on your door at 10 PM so they give you a timeframe all day on its way still gonna be delivered at 10 PM and then they say there's a problem yes, there is a problem stop giving customers by 10 PM and forget trying to call in and find out what's going on with your order, not one of them wherever they are people know what's going on. I should've asked her. They are real person, but I'm sure they've trained AI to answer that question other places to get the essentials and stuff we need or possibly maybe there needs to be a change in management at that store with somebody that's gonna be a true manager. I have been to a lot of Walmart stores, some good, some okay, some not great. This Walmart is the WORST store O have ever been to. This review is not comparing Walmart to other stores, just to Walmart Stores. Let's start with the shelves. Yes, some were empty; some partially full, not problem but there were shelves throughout The store that have a hodgepodge of items from food items to clothing items that looked like shelves at a garage sale. Nobody working at the store has put items away, cleaned or merchandised in a very long time. There were carts with clothes sitting in them throughout the store where items that should have been put away looked to have been sitting there with trash sitting on top of the items. On the food shelves no blocking or bluffing has been done, items were all stuck together. In the cooler where the milk was there was very little milk, an orange juice container (wrong place) yogurt, and some soft drinks. It looked like an employee break room fridge. This is a management problem. It is clear that nobody cares at all that work in this store. read more

(For Walmart Auto Care Center in Fort Pierce) I recently had an ongoing frustrating issue regarding my Ford Mustang's vehicle computer system not recognizing my TPMS sensor in my front driver's side tire. I was informed by the associates that Mariah was the individual who I needed to speak to as my issue was more complex than we had initially thought. With Mariah using her knowledge to diagnose the problem, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes of her tackling the complication that seemed foreign to most. Mariah was very professional, super friendly, and even kept in touch with me in regards to her schedule to stop by as she could get a first-hand look at the issue herself. She was very helpful with her knowledge along with her outgoing personality that reflects greatly as a positive asset to Walmart Inc. I'm so happy I can enjoy my vehicle now without having faulty lights illuminate my dashboard. This was true customer service that went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful for her! read more

Their voicemail directs you to their website for product availability since they are incapable of checking at this time. Their website claimed to stock a certain automotive part I needed so I drove 20 miles to pick it up. I get there and not only was the specific part I needed not stocked, but many of its kind were not either. An employee said there's nothing they can do and that it was a common problem. If you're aware of the issue, why not fix it? read more

This walmart is full of cashiers who hate their job! Only go if you want to risk dealing with bad attitudes and complaining. The low prices don't outweigh the poor service! This review is about the disingenuous advertising by Walmart.com. Specifically regarding they "do not charge your credit card until the order is shipped" blah blah blah. So what they do is they put the charge through to your account where it remains as a pending charge until the order is shipped; in my case 2 weeks. For that time the funds are unavailable to me. So, riddle me this: what's the difference? I still can't use the funds, so it might as well be charged immediately. To paraphrase Judge Judy, don't urinate on my foot and tell me its raining. I want to give a big Thank You to this store and its associates! Their pharmacy has always had great service and the best prices around. The real reason I am writing today because had a great experience. I went through a self check out about a week ago where I purchased two items and received $80.00 cash back. I rarely get cash back and I left as happy as usual not noticing I didn't take my cash. UGGGHHH I didn't notice it until a half hour had passed. I felt really dumb calling customer service, embarrassingly I thought there was little chance my cash would be there; but I made the call. The associate asked me what register I transacted at and said. "She would check." To my delight, my money was there. I don't know if a customer handed it in or the self check attendant noticed it. I tried to leave a tip and the woman at customer service said, "No, really thank you but this is our job." This convenient store is just east of I-95 exit 129 on State Road 70. There is an Applebee's next door that stays open late. RV's are quite welcome here, there were at least a dozen when I stopped here recently. It was quite busy the evening I showed up so the lines were a bit long, but moved along steadily. They made have all the household items needed in one place but having 3 registers open, especially during a busy time of the month isnt helpful. Standing in line for 30 minutes when it loom less than 10 minutes to get your items is insane... If i can get my items elsehwere i will just to avoid the line wait times. read more
