Being that I most likely love everything I buy and never need to return anything, however, last week was one of those days where I wanted to look for one thing and ended up with lots of other things walking out with a bill of $400, unfortunately, one of the 5 pairs of shoes I bought did not work out well in my favor. Love the shoes, but I was only able to wear them for about 4 hours at work today before I realized that these just won't work for me. I brought the shoes and receipt hoping I could return, however, the sticker at the bottom was rubbed off, showing evidence that I wore them, which I already had told them, then they said bc of that they can not return them, I then said, ok, well could I at least get an in-store credit so I could find a pair that works, they refused and offered to donate them for me. I was shocked, no where I have ever shopped has ever been this unforgiving on a return policy that as much as I loved this store I now will be returning everything from my last $400 purchase with tags on it. I know it is not a lot in the world of this company, but your customer service of refusing to find a way to help me find a better satisfying purchase is disappointing. My guess is that I would have given you the shoes to donate and you would have slapped a new sticker on the bottom to sell the shoes that were worn for 4-5 hours.... For example, Columbia quilted vests so thin you can see through them. Supposedly the retail is $120-$150, so your bargain outlet price is $60-$75. My Lands End outerwear-weight vest retailed for less. Cinnabon store that had no cinnamon rolls. They said someone came in and bought all the packs of rolls, and they didn't make any more. The only store worthwhile was the Crocs store. Friendly staff, unbelievable selection and accessories, honest prices.
