Don't expect any kind of products you need to be in stock. Don't expect any semblance of customer service. Don't expect not to wait in line to check out. I needed to get a Bluetooth speaker and it was 20 minutes before they close. They informed me where they are. I informed them that they are locked up. The associate then informs me that they have already turned in the keys for the night. It is now 10:53 pm and they have customers trying to come in. They are turning them away and laughing at them. On multiple occasions using the pickup services at the Highland Walmart location, I have waited over 45 minutes to receive my items. Today, I waited 66 minutes. Sixty-six minutes. I could expound on how unacceptable 66 minutes is to wait with details of my day and this 66 mins the icing on the cake. However, 66 mins to receive pickup-serviced, pre-prepared groceries is never acceptable. 10,000% unsatisfied. The time management in this department is extraordinarily lacking. read more

Not real happy with this Walmart. Too many store brands knocking out better products, with better ingredients.

It's a Walmart. I mean what more can you say? We shop here every Friday night for our weekly groceries. I can say that this store offers more items than the Walmart in my hometown. I can always find random things to buy that I don't really need. read more

Their are plenty of positive things could say about this walmart in particular, it's normally my weekly go to place when need other items besides food products. But instead of listing all the good things let's talk about what could make Walmart a better place for everyone. As of recently the cashiers have been laid off for all the new Self - Service customer machines, I've used these many times an don't like the system in general. Prefer humans over machines any day, they actually respond to you when their Is a problem with something. If the machine starts screwing up as usual you have to wait for 1 person to assist you an hope that you get things straightened out. To sum up this short review Walmart should keep workers instead of relying on technology. That's why are economy is the way it is. read more
