Two hosts at front-both sent me to wrong department. Law and garden sent me BACK to Hardware; 3 employees in this department. Employee in hardware knew there was an app she could use but didn't know how to use it. Went back to lawn and garden determined to find it myself. NOW 6 employees inside in Lawn and Garden. I couldn't even get this cast out of the way so I could find it myself. None of them had a clue. Finally, I went to customer service. FOUR YES FOUR employees each behind a station with zero people waiting in line. Turns out the store manager was the fourth person behind a station. I asked for the store manager and the three idle staff persons pointed at him; the fourth idle person on the end. Were they posing for a pomo picture? Or expecting multiple complaints due to a store full of entirely untrained staff??? I think so. I will never shop at a Wal Mart again. I have quit going there for years on end for this reason. No need to go back folks. I will order online from Amazon or drive out if my way to go to a Target. There is no reason to have 12 people in a store with them all untrained or idle. I waited 3 full days before I did this review so I could be factual and objective. Wal Mart has outgrown its usefulness. I've never had anything remotely like this happen at Target. read more
