I signed up for delivery and it includes A free streaming service. The service says you get free streaming of Paramount plus or Peacock. I canceled my Paramount plus service, waited for it to end and tried to activate streaming service thru Walmart. It has been telling me to try again for 5days. I talked to several people who had similar problems. I sent walmart several times since 12/02/25, and no answer yet. read more

Bought a lot of batteries from Walmart, but the last one I bought a year ago started going dead after it sat for 3 to 4 days. I checked it with a multimeter, checked the car for AMP draw with a multimeter, and it was drawing .05 milliamperes, like it is supposed to when it is shut off, even tried the old Walmart battery I still had that is six years old, and it was still working perfectly, so it took the new one back to the Walmart in Menomonie WI to see if i could get it replaced on warranty, there they would not lisen to what i had found out and they just took it and done some testing for about 45 minuets, i noticed they were looking and laghing the whole time for some reason, at the time another customer was waiting and they said to me they are not going to do anything about it becuase they never do, then the auto manager came and told me my battery was good, i said it was not good and i checked it, They said your car has something wrong with it and that is the problem, i said my car is drawing .05 milamps like it is supposed to, i said want want to see the store manager, a couple of minutes latter the auto department manager came back and said they would give me another battery, if i had not checked it myself and insisted it was bad they would have took me with not honoring the warranty becuse they don't know what they are doing, They never do, this is the 4th time i have something like this at the Walmart auto center, the time before this they jacked my car on the rocker panels and dented them and then said they did not do it when i absoulutly know they did, this tme the battery was absolutly positively bad and i could proove it and they would not even listen, they just took the battery like knew what they were talking about and tested it for 45 minueats what ever that was, I said when they dented my car that was the last time I was taking my car to the walmart auto center for anything, Though i could at least buy a battery but no they are not even any good at just selling a battery, now this is definatly the last time, I am Not buying another battery at the walmart, all as i am ever going to ever buy is just Groceries Thats it, The battery i took back was definatly positively without a doubt bad and i had the receipt for it, Wish they would get some compitent people to work in the auto center, they are always this way ever since i can remember read more

I first visited this Menomonie Walmart yesterday. I've been to many Walmart stores, but from the moment I walked in the door, I was very impressed! I entered on the grocery side and immediately saw how clean and organized it was. I was struck by the inviting layout of that area as is the entire store! Very well thought out! If I could give this place NO STARS I would. Today I was told I couldn't purchase alcohol even though I had my ID, my fiancé said under his breath that it was bullshit and the old lady checking our IDs blew up at us saying "that's it it's not my fault it's our store policy" and took my other bag of stuff and I said that was ok I didn't need the booze I just wanted to buy my other stuff and she said "no you can't because I am kicking you out" My Fiancé and I then went to customer service to complain and they said it was store policy that anyone could kick you out, I know this isn't true because my Fiancé worked for Walmart not that long ago. I wish I got the old ladies name because I would call the actual store manager to complain. A different day a year ago I got profiled because I accidentally left my card at my house and was waiting for my sibling to bring it to me so I could buy my stuff and the man said he had to take my cart because the food was going to expire but I didn't care if it did because I was going to buy the food regardless. He took my cart and told me to leave and both these people STILL work here! I'm so disappointed in their customer service here! And am so uncomfortable when I come back here and see these employees! I feel like I'm going to get targeted even though I did nothing wrong! read more

So seriously this is the first time I've been at Walmart in well over a year and a half and there are reasons for that. This Walmart is no exception. They all are gross. Staff under-paid, not caring and they do their jobs half way. Sticking is shorty. You have to double check dates on this and wait until u see my pictures from today. Look at the mill photos. Mainly I don't go to Walmart because you get what you pay for. Produce is absolutely gross. Sometime I find gotten stuff or bread with mold. Much of the merchandise is usually damaged b/c peoples little germ factories put their hands all over stuff and then throw it back in the freezer or in a shelf. It bothers me right now that we are almost in the middle of January 2021, and people still don't wear a mask when we're close to 375 million dad in this country. Makes me sick people can't think of anyone else I'm gonna sell. For that reason I'll never come back here again. Walmart is dirty and employees don't care. Look at the milk. They put this stuff out. Mud and all- if that isnt sick?! It appears that all the staff did was rotate the milk will mud alllover it or mud and sale, or cow poop- to the ft. I told the lady while I was checking out. She tells me to tell someone else- then she says "There is my boss walking by, tell her." I was like "No I told the story 2 times now, you should tell your boss or manager I told you. It seriously needs to be fixed. It's gross." And it was!!! People were looking at the milk Lille: "What the hell?!" Time:1:30pm on 1-15-2021. DON'T USE THE AUTO CENTER!! My daughter moved to Menomonie and took it to the Walmart auto center to have an oil change done. My husband usually does our oil changes but he wasn't able to get out to her place so we told her to go there. BIG MISTAKE that has cost us over $800 in repairs due to the fact that they USED THE WRONG OIL FILTER!!! My daughter noticed a month or so after the oil change that her oil light would come on then shut off again but overall seemed to be running ok. It's an older car so we had her check the oil and add if necessary. After a month of that, the car was running rougher and rougher. One day she stopped into a store and when she came out it wouldn't start. My husband went out to check it and the oil was really low. She was losing way too much oil. My husband was able to get it running but it was running really, really rough and frequently stalled. All sorts of codes in the odb code reader. As he started to take the car apart he started with an oil change and low and behold Walmart used the wrong oil filter. The oil filter they had on the car was a super cheap Fram that is quite a bit smaller than the correct oil filter. In looking at the Fram website as well as other stores that sell Fram filters, the filter they used is NOT compatible with her car. (Still have the wrong filter as well as the invoice listing the incorrect filter) Once he got the oil filter off he could see oil had been spraying and dripping everywhere. Any mechanic or google search will tell you that using the wrong oil filter will do damage to your engine and we're now dealing with the after affects of that. We have now put over $800 worth of parts into this car just to keep it running so she had a car to get to and from work. She spent two weeks riding her bike to work while we worked on the car trying to get it up and running without paying shop labor to do it. Can't imagine how much it would have cost if my husband wasn't able to do the work. She's a recent college grad and just trying to get on her feet and living 45 minutes away from us. I was traveling from Minneapolis to Ohio on Labor Day and got a flat tire near Menomonie. The Walmart in Menomonie was the only tire service center in the area open on the holiday. I called and talked to Marci to confirm they had the tire size I needed. Upon confirmation, I had my car towed there. Nice it wasn't really busy and lots of parking Walmart is my go to place when I travel they have everything I need at good prices I use the self checkout so I'm in an out. I find clearance sales on cloths alot read more

The Auto-center is absolutely terrible. I came in around 11:30am and the time is currently 3:25pm. I am still waiting for my car to get a simple oil change. Absolutely ridiculous. Wal-Mart is going down hill overall and are just a crappy store. read more

Worst customer service ever! Was very much in need of 2 tires in order to still get to work an hour away 5 days a week, asked an employee about a certain tire. He simply said "I have better things to do than look for a tire" then walked away. I've worked in retail or a customer service position for 10+ years and never would I have EVER told a customer no or that I couldn't help them. Totally unbelievably rude and SO unacceptable! read more

I'm from California. My sister lives near by so we stopped here often. It's the same as every other Walmart. It wasn't very busy so that was nice. My sister says they always have a clearance section. She loves it! She also got $40 Barbie dream house from the store after Christmas. She also got tooth brush for $.08 each. Parking is great too since not many people come here. read more
