Customer service sucks do they not train employees to call managers if there is a problem with a coupon no customer service at all . Unfortunately this is the only store in town so have to go there for certain things. Also how come they close one side of self check out at 6:30 or 7:00 pm every night . The store don't close til 11 pm and u have a line of people on the other side at that self checkout and 2 other lanes open but are very slow . read more

Never did I think I would give great reviews for a Walmart but this location always has everything I am looking for. Everything is always in stock whereas other locations will be out of things for months. I don't know why this specific location always has what I need, but it does nonetheless. Do NOT trust these people with your car! My wife used them for an oil change. They improperly installed the filter, resulting in a loss of oil and a low lubrication engine failure. Because it was a low lube failure, the warranty company denied the claim. Even though they were clearly at fault, Walmart has refused to pay for the damage they caused. I drove 60+ miles to buy a marine battery. When I waited in the customer service line to get my core charge back the cashier named Stephanie was extremely rude repeatedly! She was insisting I go to automotive after I had waited in line for over 10 minutes. I refused to got to another line and she continue to be rude! this place is aweful! read more

wal-mart when you replace people with machines and have issues with things getting missed in self checkout This should not give you the right to pull people aside and call them thieves when you that $400 is on the fn receipt and the cart is full of groceries you got your money..... Why is it that this place is still closing at 8pm? Over the past couple of decades they've all but closed down any competition for business as far as the retail goods side of things & some of us are not off work between the 7am-8pm hours of operation. I understand that it is supposed to be so they can "deep clean & restock"...what a joke. It looks worse than it ever has. The place is not restocked very well. Pallets of merchandise out on the floor untouched for days while shelves remain with empty space on them. If people were there cleaning up and restocking after hours why is the parking lot completely empty aside from 1 or 2 vehicles by 8:30pm? Using this covid crap as an excuse is getting old. My cashier Marilyn was the best cashier I have ever had at this store, she assisted me with how to use the Savings catcher app and use the money I already earned and taught me a lot on the app that I could not figure out and was about to give up on. I was in the day or two prior and my cashier then refused to help me just said nope you can't do it anymore and went about her way. But as soon as I walked up to Marilyns line with Marilyn as my cashier, she greeted me like we had known each other our entire life and was extremely helpful and patient with me as she could see I was just gping through some medical issues and having some difficulties visually. This lovely woman helped me that night more than she realizes and deserves acknowledgement for it. She is definitely an asset to your company. Walmart Auto Service- To start off getting on the phone with the auto service department is nearly impossible and extremely frutrating. When you do eventually get a hold of someone you feel like the person on the other end dosent have time for you. Any questions I had were answered in frustration or directing me to the walmart site in anoyance. From there I should have never given them my buisness but, unfortuately, I did. After Purchasing tires I later went in to the auto center in person to book an appointment for instalation but again rudely urged to wait until the tires arrive (in two days) before I can book the appointment. This has got to be the worse Walmart in Florida or the country! I use Delivery because my husband and I are elderly with many health problems. I order a lot and I have ultimate delivery. It is horrible HOURS LATE, or NO DELIVERY AT ALL. NO warning, NOTHING. 5 times I have been put in a horrible situation and then NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES!!! If you do happen to grt through they ALWAYS say they have been busy, DRIVERS LEFT, took too long, couldn't find it etc. THE MANAGER needs to get this fixed or stop it. CORPORATE needs to get a reliable company of drivers!! I am calling corporate and am giving them one last try OR I THEN GO TO PUBLIX, THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, NEVER MISSED AN ORDER. read more

If you need your oil or tires changed this is the Walmart Supercenter to go. They took the time out to vacuum my car after changing my oil. My car was dirty I didn't even know they did it until my wife told me to look down. Thanks Walmart Supercenter Okeechobee! On the other hand the store is in need of replacement mobile scooters for disabled. Theirs is not as bad as the Stuart location but new models would be nice. The men's wear department is wonderful always someone helping in the area. I asked one employee would she order me some cane tips she immediately took my phone number and ordered the tips for me. By the way the Stuart Walmart Supercenter will never vacuum your car they say they don't have time I believe the employees are just lazy in the automotive department. read more

My favorite quick time go to. Although it's not quick personally because I always get distracted by all the wonderful goods.
