This store is often out of produce, such as iceberg lettuce, baby carrots. The past couple times that I have placed orders for grocery pick ups, I have had to wait 2 hours for my groceries! This past weekend, I was tired of waiting so I went in the store and had them get my order and load it in a cart and took it out myself. They looked like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. There were probably 10+ employees inside that little area, but no one was taking orders out. I also pay for a Walmart Plus subscription and have had orders just not be delivered for days at a time. So I cancel the order, resubmit it, try again for the next day, and still didn't show up. My whole thing is, if you're going to offer services like grocery pick up, and especially a paid subscription service for Walmart Plus, you better be able to handle the orders that come along with it or don't offer the services! Was at stire and tried to use a valid manufacturer's coupon. Was told they only accept their own coupons.

Clean store and some very nice and helpful employees. Also good sales, great fresh food including meats.

1st I went in for dog wormer and groceries around 9:30. The manager in the back got the wormer for me out of a locked glass case no problem. I walked toward the knife case and there were 2 women there picking up money from the cash register. I asked them what time they close and the woman at the register very nicely said 11pm and I said thank you so much! But the other woman just stared at me ( like turned dead eyes on me) I figured it was just her face and kept going. Maybe like rbf? Any way I circled around the store and after I grabbed a few more items I headed up front toward the front check outs. My husband and I went over to jewelry dep and pushed the button for help. This is the same button I pushed in pets for wormer and the same button that's in electronics, paint and the ammo dep. After a sec I told him I'd just ask the girl in the self check out across from jewelry. So I did, and she gave me a dumb founded look ( I'm not being mean hut her mouth hung open a she kinda looked around like she didn't know what to do) I repeated the question and smiled at her. Then she said she wasn't sure but jewelry is closed. Her statement didn't make sense but once again I gave her the benefit of the doubt and figured she was just really young. I asked her to ask her css, and she stared at me again. I kept smiling and said you know your supervisor? She said ok spun around and walked over to the 2 women from earlier from the ammo dep. They had made it to the front of the store. The woman with rbf told the cashier jewelry was closed. To which I said yeah but u can always get help even if it's closed. U just push the button and a manager comes and helps. I then went over to the woman with the long hair. I smiled at her and asked about jewelry she stated they were closed and I asked when they started that and she said she had worked there for 3 years and it was that long. Which I know isn't true because I work third shift and I always do my shopping around this time. I've bought 3 watches and at least 6 rings around this time of evening. They have a help button on the counter and even if they are closed or just not there someone will help you. If they were short staffed or something thats fine. But everyone I talked with up front was rude, couldnt be bothered, and just plain off putting. Walmart treats their employees like crap we all know that. But jobs are exactly that jobs. Nobody wants to be there. These 2 women, the cashier and the team lead, made it clear I was the problem. I was bothering them for asking for help for asking about policy change. Their attitude in customer service was very lacking. A simple smile would've went a long way. I even said hey if you're too busy right now I could wait and she changed her story and said they couldn't find the keys. She was just trying to get rid of me and it showed. I went back to my husband and told him I was done shopping if he was. We headed to the self check out closes to our car on grocery side checked out and left. Walmart continues to fail us as consumers. The employees act like they would still have jobs even if nobody shopped there. I'm over it. This isn't even my worse experience in a Walmart. Nobody knows where anything is, the store is always dirty and not faced properly. I've went in there Monday and saw trash on the shelf and went back in there a week or 2 later only to see the same trash sitting in the same exact spot. read more

Pity no stars. I'll never shop here again. Can't count the times phones go unanswered. I've been hung up on, talked down to, cursed at, by the employees at this store. The delivery department for online orders are nothing but smart asses. The store managers simply ignore any complaint. They never call you back when asked to. Basically the employees at this store can treat you how they wish and management do nothing about it. read more

While entering the store this afternoon, the person that was with me was stopped and harassed about not having his mask over his nose. I say harassed because as she was rudely giving him her attitude and opinions about how his mask should be worn, I walked by with my nose uncovered and two other patrons walked in without masks entirely. When you go to this particular store you will notice that not all employees are wearing their masks correctly. Some have them on their heads, chins, or dangling off an ear. I have no idea why she centered out my friend, but I truly feel this particular Walmart needs a reality check in the area of how to properly wear a mask. They could also use a course in customer service. Twice while I was looking for a product, two of their employees informed me it wasn't their area as they walked away when I asked for help. I did finally get what I needed thanks to a delightful young man that was a customer looking for the same item I was. My trip to Walmart today has me wondering, with all the similarly priced stores that are cropping up and online shopping. Why should I return to a store that has obviously decided that it is good business to treat their customers as poorly as they are well known for known for treating their staff. read more

Refuses to honor their own prices. I'm not the only person it seems, as the older woman in front of me today was trying to get a price match with another store that was in the are, but for some reason she couldn't make it there. Come on, it's an older woman who already seemed to have trouble getting around and they refused her. Then comes my turn, instead of a local store though, I had a price match from their online store. Of course I could have probably waited and ordered from Walmart.com, but I do not like using my credit card or bank card when I don't have to after seeing so many places getting hacked lately. So I went to pick it up in store with a printed put page, like I have done several times before. (And please start thinking that it was from a third party from the Walmart.com website as yes I do know the difference from Wal-Mart and a third party.) This time I was shocked that they refused, and only things I can think it could be was the person was either too lazy or they just refused to do it because the price difference was a lot more than I would have thought possible. Deciding to try another person and see if they just didn't want to be bothered, I took my print out and item up front instead of the electronics department to be given the same crap. It appears that Wal-Mart is only willing to price match, their very own website even, when it is only a few cents difference. So the price match guarantee is all just a bunch of hot air from people who is already rude half the time and unwilling to take the short amount of time to actually help you when you ask. (Whole other reason which I am starting to hate Wal-Mart and shop Kroger, Target and Best Buy instead of them...though to be fair, I do have my problems with Best Buy as well.) read more
