We shop frequently at Walmart and I often give the store negative reviews. But I want to give a shout out to the manager and one specific employee We find the employees less busy on their cell phones and more likely to help. There must have been some good motivation from management. And yesterday while we were wandering around looking for and not finding dehumidifier bags, one worker, Rosa, stopped what she was doing and walked us to the product. It's Wal-Mart, what can you say ??? They have gotten away from true customer service which was Sam Walton's original business concept. They've done away with the door greeters which was always a nice touch and now you have to search for an employee when you need one and then when you find one they're always saying this isn't my department but I'll get you someone, good luck with that. There used to be the day when they had an employee or two or three in each department and they would ask you if you needed help or are you finding everything alright? Those days are long gone and they look at you now as they walk by hoping you don't ask them a question. They do carry a lot of stuff that we use daily and their prices are generally good. The stores are generally clean but their bathroom can be filthy at times. Many people hate Wal-Mart but still shop there for the prices and the convenience so they'll keep on making millions as they get further and further away from being a customer friendly business. read more

We ordered groceries to be delivered, they said the driver had picked up our order, after 30 mins past the time we were supposed to receive our order we called to get an update, the woman that we spoke to said she would look into this and call us back in 10-15 mins, she did not, we called after 30 mins and the same lady told us they had to repull order because they were unsure of what happened to our original order. Again nothing, we called back and we told by the woman that she would look into this again and call us back in ten minutes, another 30 mins passed so we called back, this became a cycle that lasted over 3 hours. Absolutely the worst experience ever, we called this morning to complain but it felt like our worries and complaint fell on deaf ears, I wouldn't recommend using the deliver services through this wal mart. God forbid you need anything from the back of the store at literally ANY time of day. There's ONE unique looking guy that was amazing, and a guy with long hair that are the only saving graces. I didn't catch either of their names unfortunately. One was manning electronics and the other was stocking toys. They both deserve raises. I'll update with their names at some point. They are that amazing. But everyone and everything is rebel scum and actually infuriating how long they have you permanently waiting. I had to walk to the front of the store twice and they payed TWICE just to get someone who isn't even in charge of the department to assist me. (The long hair guy) he deserves a raise yo. read more

Customer service at check out was great. We just stopped for a few incidentals, while traveling. When I went into the bathroom and saw the sign that said "This bathroom is rated a ten." I has to post. This bathroom was dirty, it's about 8:00 am so there is no excuse, walmart needs to pay there employees more so that there is more incentive to take pride in their jobs. Period. I despise this huge corporation, but when your traveling there are not many options. read more

This walmart is ok. Not too impressed with workers here. They seem to always be too busy or just too tired to help you. They need friendlier courteous employees who can help us. Other than that everything is great. I do however want to comment on there service department they do have very good workers in that department! Thats about it!!! read more

This Review deals with the automotive department. I arrived 15 before opening to get in and out quickly for a simple oil chang on a Chrysler 200. Took over 1.5 hours. When I choose to do this myself the turnaround time is less than 30 min and I have to crawl under the car. Nice people but very disappointed in how slow the were. read more

Wal-Mart Photo department, will not go back. I love printing out pictures but I will not go back to Walmart. I went in last week to get 2 pics, the person working behind the counter could not find the pics that I was looking for so she reprinted them. I went back today to get new pictures I printed, there was NO one working over there so I went to electronics to get someone. The lady that came over was so rude. She got my pictures (but it was the pictures from last week and walked off before I could tell her anything) so I left them on the counter (and wrote on the envelope that I didn't want them). So I called the store and talked to a manager to find out where my new pictures are. Waiting to here back, I will start going somewhere else to print photos. I even told the manager that I they were about to lose me as a customer for printing pictures. read more

Worst customer service I've ever had ordered my sons birthday cake at 3 payed for and all I simply just wanted them to write happy birthday nothing fancy it was his 7th birthday I worked till 630pm hints why I payed for it earlier I get out of work about a hand full of people work in bakery no one know how to write on a cake when I asked to speak to a manager considering i had been there for over 15 min he simply replied refund her back her money and I know it might not seem like a big deal to most but I work a lot and this was my Babies 7th birthday he had to be at school the next day so it's hard to spend a lot of time with him when I get home I just wanted on simple thing but this Walmart couldn't even take the time to simply come and explain the situation I guess a refund was better than speaking to the customer very sad read more

This has been the WORST Experience EVER! I'm NEVER ordering anything on the Walmart website again! Ordered a coffee table/desk and it said it would be here 2 days ago! I come in ask about it and they're rude and pretty much tell me to leave because they don't have it. The tracking said it was here and I just wanted to pick it up. 2 days later and guess what they're still ducking rude about it we go to the back to pick it up because it's big and the lady tells us rudely that we have to go to the front of the store to pick it up we go all the way back to the front and that lady says no we needed to go to the back. I tell her I'm not going to the back of the store AGAIN after we just came from there that lady said to come to the front. That rude front pick up lady rolled her eyes at me and said fine I'll go get it. She's lucky because I told my husband I didn't want it anymore I wanted a refund but he said we should just take it. One of the worst stores I've ever been in. What should have taken us only about 15...took us over 30min. Only one person in electronics dept at 9am. She was the only one with keys. Tried finding another employee to help...but because one lady had keys...she wouldnt give her keys to other employees to help us. I tried to find a store mgr and couldnt find one. Also tried calling the store...while in the store and no one answered. Horrible horrible service. Will never ever come back to this location!!! read more

I live in Portland Tx and I purchased a year fishing and hunting combo in June. The teller only gave me a license until August 31. When I noticed I went to the store and spoke with customer service and they told me you have to talk with Texas Parks and Wildlife. I spoke with the store manager and he spoke with the same person that I had talked to when I went in to the store. She called me and told me that we can give me a 10 dollar card???? I purchased a year license for 68 dollars all I received a 2 month license and there is no hunting season in those two months!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! It's usually pretty clean, and stocked. It's newer compared to some other Walmarts I've been to. It's in a nice location. I like it. I'd rather go to this one than the Aransas one, and I live closer to the Aransas one. read more
