The new store layout is very nice and appealing. The problem is checking out. You walk in and see red on most of the self checking machines and minimal cashier lanes open. You would think that after such a great do over to the store, their would be more people/working machines to help you. read more

Not much as changed, self checkout and scan and go make getting out of the store much easier. Not as busy as the other Walmart in Raynham. Easier to get in and out. read more

Great location, plenty of parking (convenient), clean store, friendly staff and checkout. Great bakery and special foods; prices are reasonable and they have good sales. Their art supplies are adequate; plants are reasonable, but they sometimes fail to water them in the warm seasons or hot days. Usually purchase my tomatoes/peppers/pumpkins here; petunias and marigolds and check for sales! Men's shorts and long pants are available. I buy my sneakers and slippers here as well. The store really has a great selection! read more

Just switched to walmart pharmacy spoke to Amy who was very condescending very hurried and in a rush., shes is to busy to answer questions thats how mistakes are made. likes to pass the buck to someone who happens to not be in. Never been to this Walmart location. Stopped in for a few things. As I approached the checkout I remembered I needed a greeting card and asked an employee (& to be specific a cashier waiting for customers to head to his lane) where exactly the greeting cards are located so I do not walk aimlessly around a store during COVID-19. The answer I received was so classic and represents customer service you will most likely receive at Walmart. My very helpful answer was " I havvve nooo idea"!!! We don't live in Raynham, but were in the area for a Christmas event. We desperately needed to pick up a gift to have "in-hand" the next day, and time was running short-- it was almost 10PM. I saw online that this Walmart had the item in-stock, was still open, and so, we rushed right over. Together, we were able to dart in, immediately go to the toys/games section, find the game in question, and check out very quickly. Even late at night, they had several registers open, and we didn't have to wait at all. Like another reviewer mentions, there's some big-time issues with store hours. Previously online (on the Walmart website and Google business listing) this store was listed as 24 hours. It has since been edited, at least on the Walmart website. Thankfully, we went there straightaway nonetheless, but when we arrived, I saw that they do close at 11PM (on the door). There IS a 24 hour Walmart Supercenter in Raynham on Paramount Drive, for those needing 24 hour access. I hope the hours can get straightened out across the board! read more

I called and asked the lady what time they close and they said we are open 24 hrs. So I went there at 10:45 pm taking my time and at 11:00 the lady was mad because it closes at 11. What kind of person would lie to me about closing times? And to top it off the cashier was rude. I love Walmart but can we please get a little customer service or nah? read more

The store in general is actually HUGE (not as large as the Walmart near Route 44, yet this one is much better than that one.....). Has self checkout, and two entrances, as well as a full grocery area...... why is this needed? There is another Walmart 2 minutes away that's even bigger! The store is also clean, organized, and not one of those "annoying" places to go shopping.... I wish I lived closer.... yet I was very disappointed during my second visit last night. I live closer to Boston, yet was in the area, and wanted to stop and get some groceries for a event later today, and on Walmart.com, this store is supposedly open 24 hours. THAT IS NOT TRUE. It's NOT open 24 hours. Plus, when I just called a rude, snappy woman answered and told me she gets the same call 5 times a day of people being annoyed with this error. She would not forward me to the manager. She said to call 1-800-Walmart, which is what I have done, yet it wasn't a pleasant phone call. She said I should've went to the Rt. 44 Walmart in Raynham since they are open 24 hours, yet that is inconvenient for me..... I just ended up going to the store near my house, that is open 24 hours, which no problem occurred. Anyway, I do like this store. It's spacious, well stocked constantly, and while may not be as large as the Route 44 location, it's much newer and always is overflowing with clearance. They are also much less busy! Overall, store is 5 stars (hopefully I'll make the trip down there soon enough again, with my only actual visit last year), yet the snappy woman and the website are 1 star. There was a white woman, pony tail, reddish brown hair, that was watching me in the self check out this afternoon. When I left she didnt even look at me or acknowledge me, but she was watching me. There were other people there and she was staring at me, facing me the whole time. She was totally rude. I feel offended and harassed. I feel like she was profiling me. Do not go to this location. read more
