WE LOVE WALMART! Why so many low stars this place is Wonderland. Walmart be fire. Heartbroken the fishy aisle is gone, but glad the fishes are free. The jalapeño poppers are really really good. Yummy to snack on while you're shopping. And if you don't wanna get all dressed up Walmart Pick-Up is fire too. (You can get delivery, but you need Walmart+) One of our members were in the car having a tough day, then they went to the Pick-Up and the worker who was taking care of their groceries started singing "I wanna dance with somebody", and they felt so much better, so thank you to whoever that was. -The Tight Squad read more

I usually don't shop at Walmart at home in San Jose, California. The Walmart is poorly stocked and messy. So I was pleasantly surprised with this location! It was clean and well stocked. I have been to this Wal-Mart more times than I care to remember, usually late at night. It is my one-stop shopping for diet coke, cheetos, mini cupcakes, and awesome T-shirts with patriotic July 4th pictures on them. I also had to buy my girlfriend some black stockings here since I tore hers and, since they only had two-packs, she got a bonus pair out of the deal so she forgave me for tearing hers. I would love to support locals. I suggest not to go to Walmart for an oil change. I have been waiting an hour and a half, called them, and it's still not done. Our "go to" store for most everything but a bad experience on our visit on 9/26/18 at 11:15 am really disturbed me. While leaving with groceries in a handicap scooter I noticed a manager at the exit. I asked if he would follow me to my car and return the scooter. He said "No. I am not on the clock." What a poor example of customer relations. read more

For the last two summers I have shopped Walmart . The grocery area is nice , laid out well and employees in that area are helpful when needed . The one thing that bothers me is in the store itself , if you cannot find something and you ask an employee where it would be most of the time they give you the wrong directions. I've started laughing to myself about this because the employees do not know where anything is. I'm surprise when I find someone that does. It would not take much for the managers to have a meeting and show all the employees where things are. This should be well grilled into them when they start working. On another note when you return something be prepared for a long wait. There are a couple employees there that take forever to return something you're there to return. If there is someone in line ahead of you the employees going very slow because she's talking so much to the person she's helping. I'm not saying she's talking about the return they're talking about every day life. For something so simple to return where I have been second in line I have waited for over 20 minutes. This is an issue that really needs to be addressed at the Walmart in St. Croix Falls. read more
