My first time to ever buy tires at Walmart, and will certainly be my last, especially at this location!! They took off back tires and come tell me, they are having difficulty taking the lug nuts off front tires as they are too tight! They suggested I visit the truck tire shop across the street and ask them to loosen them a bit as they have a more powerful compressor.So I have to wait as they put back tires back on! Now, listen to this....the guy at tire shop didn't even use a compressor to loosen up the lug nuts!!!! I spent over 3 hours getting new tires! And I was so exhausted, I didn't even notice how dirty and oily they left my tire rims! They didn't even have the courtesy to wipe them down!!! read more

For all Walmarts!! Do not use their Green Dot cards they will SCREW YOU totally. Bought one for an employee and he could not use it for two weeks!!! REALLY!!!!! Had to wire him the money instead, went to cash the card back in with receipt and they will not take it back and called in to get a pin to take the money off and now I have to wait two weeks for a reloadable card ha as if I want one of those. Customer service there sucks . They are ALWAYS rude . I try to avoid going there as much as I can .

Today is Thanksgiving Day, and we had to go in about noon for some last-minute items. We had to get a few items that required assistance (Butane tanks, small butane torches, patio heaters). The employees working were helpful and kind. We expressed our "sympathies" that they had to work on Thanksgiving Day. Each one replied that it was fine, and they didn't mind. They visited with us as we checked out (in the OutDoor area, and the girl who got the Butane tanks out, helped us load them into our truck bed. Wow. Big thanks to the WalMart family at this location. I went to get an oil change and the greeter displayed poor customer service. Every other Wal Mart that I have gone to, the greeter would come out , ask what you need. This particular one waited and took her time before she came out and the funny thing was I was the only vehicle there. read more

I don't like having to go to Wal-Mart, but I reeeally don't like having to visit the Wal-Mart on Sherwood. This one isn't much better crowdwise. It seems like everyone in town finally figured out there's nothing to do here and so they all end up at Wally World when I need something. This store was clean and seemed bigger than the other one, but I doubt that's the case. The aisles weren't nearly as crowded, but there were still people everywhere which was kind of annoying. The Sherwood one is closer to me, but I think I'll be making the drive over to this one when I absolutely can't get out of going to the retail-giant-formally-known-as-Wal-Mart. read more
