This is a place I thought I would never review. However, because a self check employee named Karen deserves a review. AMAZING!!! She was so kind, so helpful and non judgmental. I see leadership in her future. She was helpful in getting me a second basket to transfer my rung up items into. It's amazing that a big store like this has no idea about their own inventory. So I use their app to order a product and it says available now at the Singing Hills store. I go there to pick it up and they don't know where it is. They know it's in the back room and yet they won't even try to look for it. If you have a product in stock and a paying customer ready to pay for it, then do your job and go look for it. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but it's not. I'm sorry but if you want to get a battery installed in your car, please go somewhere else. They said it would be an hour and a half wait to get a battery installed and at first I was like, okay not bad. How long did I have to wait? 3 hours almost 4 because they got their heads up their asses and have been fucking around on their phones and laughing with employees for hours instead of doing their god damn job. I hate going here... but ordering online doesn't always mean I'll get what I paid for. It usually takes longer to check out than it does to find what you went there for. They have long lines and employees walking around all around us looking at their phones while MOST of the registers were closed. What's with only using small checkouts now? It's like they want people to use self checkout so they don't have to do it. Most trips to good ol walmart happen this way. read more

I love Walmart but there are no price tags in the makeup isle , which is really inconvenient

The sign says masks are required but it is not true. A bunch of people do not wear masks, I asked the manager why is not enforced, said he could not, but if I was to tell the people with no masks to leave then I would be kicked out. There are no cashiers at 11pm on a Saturday night and the assistants at the self-checkout pretend to be productive. Meanwhile, half the machines aren't even working and when the machine errors, you get treated like a child for not knowing how to deal with an inconsistent POS like a Walmart checkout machine. read more

and i ask for a bag and i still get hassled and for wal mart your employee opinions do not need to be in my conversation with you !! thanks and gee free speech ..just an opinion !!today i go into walmart and i am checking out ! i ask the woman to put a bag on the cat litter so that i am not stopped at the door..wow ...was i being naughty ? i explain to the two woman standing there that i would rather have a bag than to be stopped at the door.. i do not think i was asking for anything abnormal!! so as the woman is handing me the the change ..she tells me all you have to do is show your receipt ..that simple...i looked at her and i told her that if walmart is so worried about someone stealing they should have security to walk us out and next tome keep her opinions to herself!!... i paid for my stuff ..they is no law that states i have to stop at the door and have an walmart employee check my groceries before i leave the store...so i get home and i do not have my nasal spray.. so i call up and talk to genie..genie who i have no clue..i state i have no nasal spray andi tell her about her special employee and it really did not matter to her.. that is why i am here!! i vent and i feel better!! i do not have to stop at the entrance of the walmart and show you walmart that i do not have stolen items...i do not have to listen to a walmar employee tell me to just show my receipt..simple...i do not have to conform to your stupid thinking..smiles....genie had sent me up to talk to the front desk and the guy asked me a what was the item and i saidwhat it was and he asked me again,, i can spell it for you if needed...i know that i have to spell my name for people cause they have a hard time understanding me so i said this is getting complicated cause he wanted to know what checkout i had gone through..instead of say ing just come in and we will replace it ..i get a ten minute head screw from walmart employees...lol....so i ask to be talk to genie again and i am explaining and i am think ing to myself why is this so complicated...i think she thought i was lying.i said you have cameras to see whether i got it or not.....so there is not a smile in every aisle.. and walmart employees think they can talk to the shoppers how they like!! ......so i pay for my groceries read more
