I had to pop in a get a few items, the employees are always friendly and helpful at this location. The store is easy to navigate for me and I haven't had any problems. I've been cutting back on Chips but out of the corner of my eye I spotted Doritos NKD it's supposed to be free of Dyes and Artificial Flavors. Very disappointed about today's experience inside this location. I've been a shopper at this store for around 2 years where I've always had great service. However today that wasn't the case I asked an employee for assistance with a display where I was interested in buying a couple of things around $60 worth. However the employee an older short lady assisting me look confused and then blew me off after a minute and never came back to help. Very disappointed with the service at this store as I've had better service in the past was also planning to get a couple of essentials at this store but decided to go to another location instead that provides better customer service. Disappointed all I gotta say never again. This store needs to hire better workers who are there to help. read more

The customer service is horrible and the employees at check out did not help. I am a paying customer that checked out at the self check out and requested cash back. There was no option but dominations of 20s. I asked the cashier at selfcheck out for smaller change and was informed she didnt have a drawer. I went to customer service and the guy that helped me mumbled a bunch of nonsense before advising me that he cant open his draw to give me change. Mind you I just completed a transaction less than 5 minutes before approaching customer service receipt in hand. I travel all over the country for work and never had this time of experience at Walmart. Employees need a refresher on their customer service skills and knowledge of company policy. read more

this is one of the most rudest walmarts i have ever been to in my life. the staff is terrible i will never come back. the reason is me and my friends and i had to stop by walmart after we ate for my 20th birthday at texas road house. my boy friends power steering went out so we went in to get some stuff. i forgot to use the bathroom at the restaurant so we go to the front bathroom and they were cleaning them so we rush to the back. me and my friends were fastly walking and we really had to pee. a woman screams at them and says "no running in the store." so when i pass her i said "they weren't even running." mind you they weren't at all. when we come out of the bathroom. the boys are back in the oil so we go find them. mind you my boy friend was standing at the end of the isle waiting on me and my cousin. as we were walking to him. we see the lady again but this time talking to a worker as we go by she makes eye contact with me and they were talking about us. the worker proceeds to say "do you want me to follow them" and she says "yes keep an eye on them." like we were gonna steal something. at this point i'm pissed we came in and just went to the bathroom and haven't even done anything. as i was going around the tv's in the middle of the isle i tell my boy friend loudly so she could hear me " she is making him follow us" like we're 10 and my boy friend said "i know he is right be hind ya'll." i look back and this man is on the back of my and my cousin. so we mind our business. we go over to the power steering fluid by the way at this point we're all pissed and just ready to leave. so we tell my boyfriends cousin and friend and we go to turn around and the man was at the end of the isle staring at us. he walks off and we just want to get out so we start heading to the front to check out. we see him talking to the woman again and we just kept walking. when we turn around to see where his cousin went the man was be hind us again. we got to the front check out and went to put it in his truck. as we were fixing his truck two of my friends pulled up on us and we were just talking in the parking lot. then these drunk boys were on the road they were screaming at us. after about 10 minutes later a man comes up to us extremely rude to us telling us "if we don't stop hollering and being rowdy he was gonna have to make us leave." my boy friend told him "it wasn't us hollering" the man proceeded to be really rude and tell him "do not fucking lie to me i was standing over there the whole time." and was acting like he was fixing to try to fight my boyfriend he turns around and walks off while running his mouth still and i said "let's just fucking leave this is the rudest fucking walmart." so we proceeded to finish talking to our friends and he is standing there stairing at us the whole time and watched us leave. read more

I don't know who the delivery service that is used in Tupelo, Ms that Wal-Mart uses but THEY SUCK!!!! They send notification the at your order has been delivered when in fact, your order is no where to be found. This has happened twice in two months. This kind of service is a pathetic disgrace. Apparently, Wal-Mart doesn't care about their customers anymore. read more

Be carefull when using curbside pickup. they lie str to your face everything was founf no missing or substituted items. one time, the bag itself has a "SUBSTITUTION" label right on it. read more

Despite this location being the newer of the two in Tupelo, this one has the worst produce. Each time that I go inside, the produce is black, soggy and even covered in furry mold. I've tried to give it multiple chances, but nothing is ever changed. It doesn't help that the people working there often don't even know about the products so don't bother to ask a question. read more

One of my favorite Walmarts. When I'm traveling I will stop by here on occation to shop not only this Walmart but the many stores and restaurants that are in close vicinity. I like their electronics department. They just recently remodeled the electronics department. So, be sure to check it out. Service is normally better here than most other Walmarts. read more

Employees are not friendly. They are trying to be competitive with the new Aldi in town but they cannot compete with Aldi's amazing customer service and better priced items. Don't expect anyone to help you at this Walmart location. read more
