My groceries were delivered to the wrong house on the wrong street. I'm I'll so I did an online order. 9 items. They were warm, popsicles melted, 3 boxes turkey is bad. Cheese too and milk. I'm heat intolerant and had to go down the street in my bathrob to get them. I requested a signature. Too. My directions are explicit!! I'm so andgry. No help to be found. Their gas station charges $0.27 for WATER (using a personal bottle) from the drink machine. Doesn't matter if already having paid for a full tank of gas (e.g., over $30). At least, using the restroom is still free. But WATCH OUT: soon, simply talking to employees might cost money! No wonder Walmart is a business worth billions. By being extremely stingy. read more

Today, I felt extremely uncomfortable by an employee at this location. I think her name was Brenda or Barbra, i think Brenda. I witnessed her give attitude to multiple employees and even raising her voice while I was here, and I was given multiple dirty looks by this woman the whole time I was here. She reeked of cigarettes, and I overheard her talking bad about another employee. She seemed entirely disrespectful and unprofessional and makes me never want to go back to this location unless she is NOT PRESENT. It's Walmart with all the Walmart things. This one's a little dirty and cramped, they do have a gas station that offers discounted fuel. There's also a tire and lube portion on the south east corner of the building. The people that work in the tire and lube Center, at least the young man who helped me out, was very nice cooperative and helpful. read more

The store was very clean. We got all of our groceries quickly. Now, a problem I had was the ladies room. Why would you put the toilet paper dispenser so low in the stall that a person has to bend over while sitting on the toilet and reach up into the toilet paper dispenser to even unroll the toilet paper?? I understand one ply no problem. But I have a problem when you can't unroll it without using two hands. a slight problem also occurred in the checkout line. I think some cashiers need a little more training on how to use credit cards or debit cards or the tap system. My friend was in the checkout line and I went through the self check. I could've gone through the self check five times before she checked out one time with her groceries. I actually told the cashier that she needed to work smarter, not harder. She would put groceries in one bag and lift them and give them to me put groceries in another bag and lift them and give them to me. The system requires put the groceries in the bag turn the little wheel, fill another bag turn the little wheel and keep going. But she made it difficult for herself. that's a problem Walmart should not have. read more

I needs a tire arrived at auto garage at 9am only one person in front of us. took 45 min to get car into garage. once car was moved into bay took another 55 min. to change 1 tire ....We were here over 2 hours to get 1 tire changed ....Unbeleavable would not recommend to anyone unless you dont mind waiting for hours to do a 30min top job read more

Any super Walmart they are all pretty much the same. This one is usually organized and clean. Baskets are always rounded up and inside. The subway owner doesn't have the greatest customer skills and makes the sandwiches on the thin side, be prepared for bad looks if you ask for more lettuce. The employees are usually nice. They just added a gas station and they give heb a run for their money as far as being the cheapest in town. Nice to have that on that side of town. As always lock your vehicle doors, I've heard of break ins at both walmarts read more

what can you say, it's a Walmart so if you been to one you been to it all. It's new and clean. The commercial refrigerator were broken so the staff were nice enough to bring us some meats. So they have all you know about and the usual problem one or two cashiers open. read more

The worst service at Walmart superstore in Victoria. Took 20 mins to get help with cutting fabric. Had to search for someone, then have them call for help while I sat in the cutting counter waiting then finally called the store to tell them I am a customer in the back still waiting to get help in fabrics. Unbelievable! I am so disappointed in our store in Victoria. It pays to shop out of town with help and more selection. No wonder the parking lot is so empty. read more
