Everything is good except the billing process. Long queues ruins the whole shopping experience.

I have been to Bramalea City Centre (BCC) twice within a week. This mall is growing on me. I came here twice for Glam Bar Bazaar that does permanent jewellery. I first discovered it when I was in Winnipeg a couple of summers ago. I was pleased to get an evil eye bracelet recently, but had to return because this permanent bracelet fell off my wrist and required re-attaching. I do like this mall because it has shops and eateries that I love: - Gap Factory Store - Jollibee - Uniqlo - Pickle Barrel - CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice I don't frequent malls regularly. I am more an outlet shopper. What's cool about BCC is that it has a Gap Factory Store. I visited it twice. I scored decent deals, including a Minnie Mouse tote that was 60% off. I also got a comfy pair of pants that were 30% off. I love Jollibee. I've only ordered the pineapple quencher and peach mango pie at this eatery by mall entrance 1. It's because I have dined here twice and stopped by Jollibee before driving home. My first dining experience at this mall was at California Thai at the north food court. There's a McDonald's next door. California Thai has a lot of chicken options. Portions are generous. My combo was yummy. There's also a CoCo bubble tea place at the north food court. It was low on strawberries and other ingredients when I was there. The south food court is larger. It has Edo Japan, Burger King, Shanghai 360, and more. I look forward to eating here one of these days. I did use the washroom that was at the south food court. A downside to this mall is that there aren't a whole lot of public washrooms that are advertised and it's a fairly large mall. The women's washroom at this food court was clean. The north food court doesn't have washrooms. However, Gap Factory Store has washrooms by the change rooms and is your closest washroom. I recently ate at Pickle Barrel. It was huge and a nice change of pace. I was here for happy hour. Take advantage of the various happy hour deals. You do save a bit. The food and drinks were yummy. Both times, I parked by mall entrance 1. I was here after work and didn't have any issues finding parking. It was great. I do find the touch-screen mall directory to be confusing. I used the directory online to figure out where to go instead. It would be helpful if you got a marker that said that you're here on this directory for new mall visitors like me. I like this mall. It's easy to visit from my workplace. I'll be back again soon. (173)

They have a Jollibee as well. I found that the map they had was confusing as it didn't show you where you were based on where the map was. Other than that pretty decent mall!

During this pandemic we were not comfortable going in stores to do groceries. So one of friend told…read moreme about Walmart's curbside pick up option. So I got the Walmart app and created my first order for curbside pick up. It is a very streamlined process. You get same deals and prices online. You have to meet the minimum $35 order. I added everything in cart and selected the pick up date and time slot. I went to this location and parked in allotted parking slot, checked in online through app. One of the employee brought my stuff outside and kept them in my car's trunk after verifying my details. It was easy and quick pick up. Even all the fruits and vegetables were fresh. I kept ordering curbside pick up from this location for 4-5 weeks, and then wait time for pick up went up and even the quality of fruits and vegetables was not same like before. However when I called customer service, they gave me refund for the bad stuff. Every time after that something used to be missing or bad. I think more and more people started ordering from this location and that was causing long wait and even quality of fruits and vegetables was not same. So I started doing curbside pick at a different Walmart location. They also had long wait, however they always provide good quality. I will write a different review for that location. This is a good curbside pick up option given by Walmart and I will recommend everyone to try it.

I guess I had…read moregiven up on the location at Main & Bovaird as the cashiers really make my shopping experience horrendous. No doubt though, I do have some things I don't like about this place. First of all, you need to get more cart shacks in your parking lot. You have two for the whole parking lot? I mean, I could totally see why people just leave them everywhere. People should still be putting them away as the way they are left could definitely result in the damaging of vehicles that are parked. I'm always worried when I come here that someone will leave one near my vehicle and just the slight piece of wind could result in my vehicle being hit. Secondly, your shelves are not consistently stocked. Every time I come in, which is once a week, I cannot find everything on my list as it is not stocked. Lots of items missing. As a mother of three, this is annoying and I'm just too busy to drive to different locations. Please look into stocking up as some people do like to come in in the mornings to do their grocery shopping. Thirdly, their is a lot of items that have false prices advertised. This can be super annoying!! I do-not want to go back after I have reached check out and ready to leave. For the pros of this place; cashiers are more friendly and not as annoying with price match. I do not enjoy my phone being touched. If you study the merchandise you can easily see and decipher that it is legitimate match. Place is also not super busy. Even on a Saturday at 11 it is quiet which I very much enjoy! Now the produce here is very good which is a pleasant surprise as I was never able to buy produce at the Main and 410 location. I wouldn't suggest NOT buying the tomatoes though, as they are mushy and lack flavour. This does save me a lot of money from then going to Fortinos for produce. I will continue to shop here.

I ended up seeing a yellow glow on a gloomy early afternoon. It was Giant Tiger. In my head, I was thinking whether I needed anything grocery-wise. I did need avocados. I had one left at home, so I decided to pay this store a visit. It looked new from the outside. I parked. There was plenty of parking. I proceeded to walk in. It felt more spacious than the GT that I visit in Whitchurch-Stouffville. I saw a brand of rye bread that I haven't seen since my days in Winnipeg. I used to get it all the time back then. There was a husband-wife couple walking in front of me. The man, in particular, was loud. He was doing most of the talking. A GT employee politely asked that he put on his mask. No wonder he was so loud. He walked in with his mouth fully flapping away. The grocery section is impressive. The produce looked fresh and inviting. I found my bag of avocados and was happy. There were more frozen food items than I have ever seen at any GT store. The cheese section had fancy varieties, such as dill and garlic. I had to get some. Even the egg offerings were diverse. Hard-boiled eggs. Liquid eggs (both yokes and whites). Liquid eggs (whites only). I was incredibly impressed. I am still not sure why plants are considered essential during this lockdown. I keep saying that it's because we need the oxygen-carbon dioxide exchange to live, but I don't know if my theory holds true. I lined up at the checkout area. The loud man with his wife were behind me. They were the only downside to my experience, but I was happy that I was ahead of him, because I could avoid dealing with his loudness by leaving the store first. The woman cashing me out was nice. She asked for my VIP membership number. You simply say your phone number and the GT employee can enter it into the system. I paid using my debit card and declined getting a plastic bag. The transaction was simple. I had a great experience at this GT. It was nice seeing different food items at this store. I'd definitely return when I'm in the area. (206)

I was looking for a place…read moreto buy bubble tea for lunch the following day and found out that there's a bubble tea place at Westwood Square. I ventured out to this mall. I know this mall as Westwood Mall. When I worked at the old location of my current employer, I'd often drive up Goreway Drive to head home, and dropped by this mall now and again. It has been a good decade since I was last in this mall and it has changed. It used to be anchored by a Walmart. It was gone, which saddened me. It was a decent store that served this neighbourhood well. These days, you have Shoppers Drug Mart and Fresh Co. anchoring this mall. I do like the latter. The produce is fresh and it's a clean store that always has everything that I need. Although it looks nicer inside, it's a weird assortment of stores. I recognized the Scotiabank and that was it. Most are local. You get everything from luggage to cell phone accessories. The food court is on the second floor. It was where my bubble tea place is, but I never got that far. I ultimately got my beverages from Westwood Convenience on the main floor. Several people have mentioned that this mall has a sketchy vibe to it. I'd have to agree. The woman in front of me at the convenience store seemed incredibly out of it. She was looking for wrappers for her smokes. I couldn't tell whether she was in the lineup to pay. Frankly, I didn't think she knew, either! I'd return for Fresh Co. You can shop at this supermarket without going into the mall itself, which is what I like. Other than that, it serves the local community. However, it's such a shame that the Walmart is gone and folks need to drive further to find another one. (257)

I was helping a friend…read morefind formal dresses for her ceremonies, and we were getting very tired and frustrated with finding just the usual, traditional, boxy Indian wedding garb that we were finding at a majority of stores in Mississauga, Brampton, and East Toronto. We wanted something more hip, more modern - and Mani's creations are just that. Mani's Style: Mani marries traditional Indian clothing with hip. That's the best way I can describe her style and designs. She tries to make sure her clothing appeals to a younger crowd (while also having stylish but conservative attire for older age groups). Her designs are incredibly stylish, inventive, and reflects current trends. Colourful, but cut well, and stylish. The Showroom: Mani Jassal herself is incredibly sweet, helpful, and responsive. Visiting her showroom is by appointment only, so you have to reach out by email to set something up. Once you're there (with Drake and upbeat hip hop humming in the background), someone is there to assist you with finding what you're looking for. The showroom is clean, presented well, and reflects a truly modern and trendy style without straying too far from the foundations of Indian dress. Pricing: We actually found pricing to be very reasonable, compared to other more traditional shops we visited in Mississauga/Brampton. Overall, we were really glad we found Mani. If you're looking for Indian formal wear that's on the trendier and modern side (but still reflecting Indian dress style), this is the place for you. I highly recommend checking out her shop!
