This visit did not disappoint, in fact I made a double appointment and they scheduled my Mom in so we could go together and both see Dr. Kirar. (My Mom loved him and her visit as well) I refer everyone I know to Dr. Kirar at Vision Source because he is a Phenomenal Eye Doctor. He is not only patient, caring, concerned, thorough, has a great personality, supportive, reassuring, but he is really educated in his field. He is also easy on the eyes :) I always appreciate when he answers all of my questions, I get nervous when it comes to my eyes and he educated me and eliminated my unnecessary worries. I also like his staff a lot, shout out to Lilly and Kaley! Whoop Whoop! The NEW building location is beautiful and has the best selection of eye glasses I have EVER seen. I picked up a sweet pair of COACH glass frames, Score! Unfortunately, I won't see them again until next year but I will be looking forward to it. Dr. Kirar and Staff Rock!

When I tried to resolve the issue, the billing department was never available to speak with me. Instead of getting any help, I eventually received a collection letter--with an additional $80 fee added on top of a $190 eye exam. Also, the exam was done on 4-9-25 and the account was sent to collections on 6-9-25. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

They were able to take our replacement order over the phone, asked me to text a copy of the prescription (which thankfully we had with us) and then drive in the pouring rain to Springfield. Within a hour we got to the store, picked out frames and then waited just 15 more United to get complete glasses. They were literally faster than the McDonald's next door! Maggie's said that glasses would be in 7-10 business days. 9 business days passed and no call. Called twice and left messages. No one ever returned my call. FINALLY got a real person on the phone and confirmed glasses were there. Made a special trip, 45 minutes, to town to pick glasses up. I came in at 12:10 and one person, Maggie, was only person helping people. Kimberly1* (? I think was her name) was sitting at her desk, looking at herself in her mirror, adjusting her hair. She looked past me and helped a lady that came in two people after me. I asked her if she would help me, she would help in a bit. I'd already been there 12-15 minutes. Lindsey: 5+* (? I think was her name) was sitting at the front doctor reception desk and went to back and asked what to do to get me some help. I have a wider face than most other vendors accommodate in frames, and America's Best has a greater selection of frames than anywhere else I've been. I tried 8-9 other stores before I found them, and now they're my go-to. Their customer service is super top-notch as well. Everyone I have encountered here has been incredibly kind and helpful. One of the gentlemen took the time to explain how frame sizing works, which dramatically increased the number of frame options that I initially thought I had. Super grateful for that.
