Do I even have to say what the problem is with this location? Everything is locked up with no employee to unlock the casing to get some fricken razors. Only reason I came to Walmart on a Sunday night was because Target next door was closed. I approached two different workers about the case being locked and they gave me an attitude and told me to check around the area for another employee. Pulling pallets everywhere in front of customers and then looking frustrated when customers are in the way? You're pulling a big ass pallet next to a customer and want to give an attitude about it? Wow. And another thing, me and my friends brought our own tote bags to not use plastic, and here comes the manager next to us with another employee to come spy on us in the men's section as if we're stealing men's clothes, which by the way only have 3XL in stock and not medium??? Running errands around downtown is supertough! There's always a lack thereof with everything so hard to find, compacted, and condensed. Not to mention ALL the time it takes just to go a few miles and let's not talk about the parking smh. Plus the stores downtown don't offer as much since they are condensed in size, so we venture out here. It feels great to be able to stretch out and see the open roads while still having that LA feel to it and that's why we love coming out to this part of LA/ The Valley. Hey, as long as the street signs are blue and LA Parking Enforcement is seen sniffing around, I still consider myself to be in LA so here we are at the local Wally-World. Ive been to my share of Wal-Mart's so I rate them on three categories: 1) How clean it is 2) How edgy the scene is 3) The availability and accessibility of items This Wal-Mart is pretty clean. Been here twice so far. However, the employees are a bit on edgy side here, like they're on a work release program. You can't control how edgy some people can look and act here, but the employees can make or break the feel of Wal- Mart. And the aisles are rearranged so randomly. Like nothing flows here. It just doesn't make sense where things are. Like whoever arranged this Wal-Mart failed because they obviously don't know how to properly layout this Wal-Mart from the others I've been to. I get they maybe are trying to revamp the place but it just looks like they stopped midway and just said "F*** it I'm tired" and walked off. This ties into how easily accessible it is to get items. Does Wal-Mart REALLY lose that much money to where they have to install glass barriers behind hygenic items? Its like prison commissary here, wait your turn! But that's what most of them are turning into these days and that's really sad that I have to bug the employees and press the button just to get a razor! Anyway, this Wally-World gets three stars. What makes it worse is their terrible management and the store policies. My grandpa spent his hard earned money on my girls to buy them clothes. They left sensors on (a different Wal Mart apparently because not all stores have censors) so I go to this horrible store. They can't remove them. The lady who first helped me told me I could exchange or return. She lied. Somehow even though my item says WAL MART on it, they can't do anything exchange or return because it's not physically something they carry. I'm so annoyed. I'm not driving around the valley to find the Wal Mart to undo the censors because the one I went to refuses to help me. I couldn't do an exchange even. This place offered one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! I spoke with this woman who had the thickest accent I've ever heard. I also don't think she understood most of what I said. So, I though, now worries, I'll just give her the SKU # for the product I wanted to know about. After a more than 20 minute hold, she claimed they didn't even have it in their system...which made no sense. So I became even more determined, and phonetically spelled out the name of the product for her. Should help her out right? Wrong! Surly one has to wonder why people buy so much that they can hardly make it out the door with the carts so over-filled, with, just S-T-U-F-F! However, they do have good Xmas wrapping paper and nice assortment of products for wrapping gifts, for Birthdays and such. We usually just go in on a mission for a couple of items... and go out. Empty shelves. That what we had here today. We should have known after the holidays, but we still decided to check it. It was a mistake. The crazy thing was that the parking lot was full that I needed to park closer to Fallbrook, and the lines were so long. No special sales, no crazy discounts, just a day that supposed to be slow and wasn't. There is also classes store, McDonald's, and a respectful part dedicated for customers service and returns. Overall Walmart is a very good place for shopping. You just need to choose the right day to come here. read more

I did not know what to expect, as I felt a bit overwhelmed with the variety of frames available on the wall. Even though the department was closing soon, Maria was very patient as I browsed through their selections. By the time I went in for my third visit, Maria had taken the time to understand my background as an artist and taken into consideration every detail of my prescription; she also provided very clear diagrams of the department's products and made sure to give me the best deal possible for my needs. Maria is also a great conversationalist while being professional at the same time. She also gave me genuine feedback on which frames were the prettiest and most comfortable for me, and helped me to understand the technology and science behind the department's progressive lenses. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the customer service that was provided by Maria and I'm looking forward to picking up my new glasses! read more

Walmart Fallbrook said it's in stock and I should be able to pick it up before 8 pm the same day. Well it's pass 10 pm tonight and I never got a notification or a call that my order will not be ready as stated earlier. When I called the store no one cared. Staff was rude and almost laughing at me asking why I was not able to pick up my order as promised before 8 pm the same day. Supposedly this department was behind! If you are behind and can't fulfill your orders why do you take my money right away? Why didn't you have an alert message saying pick up orders take a week? "Idk idk idk" there's alot of other backed up cause they're apparently soo busy but there was only ONE person working there and she didn't even try to find it. I only had one item. Seriously ? Trash location. Always dirty and a mess. Rude employees. We waited 20-30 minutes in the toy department for someone to come and get us our $50 Lego set because everything and yes literally everything is locked up in cases. When the lady came she was rude and seemed annoyed. She said she had to walk our item in to the front. Waited another 5 minutes for her to make her way to the front. On top of it, instead of putting us in a short line since we were literally just buying 1 thing, she purposely puts us in the longest line with people who have carts full of groceries. Why? We're buying one thing. Felt like we were being punished because we put her at an inconvenience for having to do her job and open up the case for us. We came in for 1 thing and what should have been a quick trip to Walmart ended up turning out to be almost an hour of waiting. What a joke. We will not be coming back here or giving Walmart our business since they want their customers to feel like thieves. Good luck to your staff during holiday season. I can totally understand why the store has so many bad reviews. It's a total mess. I thought the return process would be simple here I liked how it was right up front and easy to get to. However, the wait was extremely long and on top of that, they couldn't even properly process the return And I had to wait there about 20 minutes in line and 20 minutes at the counter. I tried to find a manager on my own after that and I was left waiting for someone they call a coach whose name tag said in large obnoxious letters, the word coach. I explained to this coach my issue, and he looked dumbfounded at me. He then walked me back over to the return section dropped me off there Told me he'd find out what's going on and then disappeared into a room and never came out again. The store needs new management. It's a mess. They also don't have fresh produce there at all. Like ever. You cannot get fresh produce here. I noticed all the self check out lanes were blocked off. And overall messy looking store. I waited by front door for another 20ish minutes Only for her to return at tell me that it's out of stock and too bad. RUDE. I told her that I would like my money back and she told me that I had to go wait in line that was now 3x the length of when I got there. I asked to speak to a manager and she went inside, spoke to the employee at door and to another employee that was organizing carts, came out and said they were all busy and "sorry" I got back in line and called the number for the store, just my luck she ended up being the person to answer my call. She laughed and put me on hold. No one ever answered. I left it on speaker phone and finally hung up at 31 min of being on hold. I made it in the store and she flipped her name tag around and kept it that way purposefully. She did not want me to see it. Made me wait in a VERY LONG line 3 times for no reason. I had a return, customer service had NO LINE She allowed others straight in to customer service but singled me out. She laughed at me and left me on hold for 31 min without any intention of answering. It was done maliciously and with intent. When I saw her again I tried to see the name on her tag but she flipped it again, I looked at her and she had white powder on her nose that she started wiping as soon as I noticed it. Explains her awful attitude. I hung up and called the 1800 to file a complaint. Just sharing this with anyone else that has dealt with this ASM. Report her They need to know! Tonight I went to this Walmart around 930 and was trying to purchase few items.i was checking the bedding section and finds out few items was on special price. I went to cashier #6 and a cashier was a Spanish guy and he start to scan my items as soon as he scanned the blanket the original priced appear on screen i explained the price was on the screen isn't the right one and supposed to be$ 9.99 not $19.97 and since the other few blanket was on sale I took 3 different one with difrent pattern and sizes. But he was so rude . I asked for store manager or co_ manager and he said they aren't here even with out trying and said the assistant manager is here. So I asked him to call for assistance. Finally after 7 minutes the manager was arrived and I didn't know his name or nationality I just explained the situation and show him the picture of their pricing for those items what I was taking it if something like this happened I have proof so to do not waste their time and making helping the Walmart associate. ( in this ma/er helped me) .make story short after he saw the pix on my phone he told him to give me the prices in the picture. As soon as he walked away a cashier guy start talking so rude and in very said he will give it to me but next time he won't do it. And he said the price I showed isn't the price as market down and its their purchase pricing in my whole life as bing walmart associate or customer never heard of such thing. I asked him instead of arguing with me for no reason just doing her job and lets to finish the job. So I understood he was talking about him and us and in that moment I found out he is very racism and has something against persian ( iranian) so the manager asked whats going on and I explained he didn't do what he asked to do plus he was very rude and unprofessional and his customers service skills was beyond negative scale. If you purchase something online via Walmart, make sure it's directly from Walmart! I purchased what I thought was aftershave from an online partner via the Walmart website. I had NO idea it was outsourced. Within one minute, I realized it was cologne and not aftershave. I called customer service to try to cancel the order. They couldn't reach the vendor by phone to do so. I tried calling them. Voicemail... which I left. No cancelled order. I received this unwanted item and drove to this Walmart with receipt in hand. They would NOT take the return. Apparently, they don't take returns at the store for outside vendors *insert eyeroll*. I had to package the cologne, print a label, drive to the post office, stand in line, get a receipt, all to return one item that the store would not take. The cherry on top... it took two weeks, once the vendor received the cologne, to issue me a refund. I'm looking at another several days for it to go back into my bank account. As for this particular store, it's a "junior" Walmart. The staff would rather be anywhere than here and don't even attempt to be kind or courteous to the customer.
