The girls scooped up a couple more mini backpacks that are real popular now. I think of them as the teen and tween version of the adult fanny packs. We bought gifts for family back home. It's one of the larger gift stores in Animal Kingdom. This is also one of the main shopping areas inside the theme park. This store has some much merchandise! There is food, pins, apparel, accessories and so much more! While I was shopping at this store during the holidays, there was a lot of Up merchandise, Disney Pins that were Animal Kingdom theme, and even a discovery series pin! I really liked the coco inspired Merchandise! There were some toys and really cool shirts! I think the largest section of the store was dedicated to Lilo and Stich though. We saw a lot of Lilo and Stich merchandise like key chains, plush, shirts and a lot more! This is one of my favorite stores to shop at inside Disney's Animal Kingdom. It goes without saying that you need to bring money! The prices on Disney souvenirs has skyrocketed as of late. I'm still shocked about Mickey ears costing close to $40! The atmosphere fits right in with the park's adventurous vibe. The shop has rustic wood accents, tribal patterns, and a touch of explorer flair (I just love the decor in here). It's bright, open, and feels like an organic extension of Animal Kingdom rather than just another retail shop. As for what you'll find, the shop's got a little bit of everything. Plushes, pins, apparel, pens, toys, hats, packaged candy, stickers, sundries, and other goodies are in plentiful supply. You'll spot plenty of Animal Kingdom-themed gear, like shirts featuring the Tree of Life, fun Mickey ear safari hats, and wildlife-inspired accessories. If you're a annual passholder, discounts do apply at this store! The team members are so helpful at this location. I was looking at a few of their Disney Ornaments and Snow globes! This is one of the best locations to shop at, especially if you're leaving Animal Kingdom for the day, you can easily stop into this store on the way out of the theme park!

Mickey's of Hollywood is located right by the front of the park and is among the first stores that you will come across as you enter the park. If you are looking for some Disney merchandise, souvenirs or just want to look and see what is available, Mickey's of Hollywood is definitely worth checking out! During my time at the store they carried a good variety of t-shirts, spirit jerseys, ears, pins, mugs, etc. Mickey's of Hollywood is super convenient with all of the merchandise and the location of the store! When I am running low on time and need a last minute souvenir, or I just want to do a little shopping before I leave the park, Mickey's of Hollywood is an easy stop. Mickey's of Hollywood is a pretty large store and very well laid out. Even when the park is extremely crowded, the store is still very spacious! The cast members working at Mickey's of Hollywood were both helpful and knowledgeable! Also, even though there were Springtime Surprise crowds in the theme park over the weekend, I never saw long lines waiting for purchasing at the store, or even getting into the store!

They are keeping to the Disney COVID standard of mask requirements and hand sani at each entry / exit. They also control the traffic into and out of the store with dedicated one-way paths to minimize door crowding. Overall: A Solid option for a souvenir on your way out - plenty of options for variety.
