She got my information and sent me a replacement BCM already programmed to my vehicle. When I got it I installed it and still had problems. Then I called Joyce to tell her my problem and she was very helpful in finding out the real problem. I would recommend Deering to anyone that wants honest reliable service. Joyce spent quite a lot of time on me and my problem and it was very much appreciated. I felt like an important person.

I ordered a Body Control Module from these people. I called the next day and was told that there's…read morenormally a 1 day processing time, and then it's shipped out priority mail. However, they had a snowstorm, so it would be an extra day. I get a call a week later, asking me for the part number, even though they already had my vehicle information and VIN. She said they needed this to make sure they sent me the right part. Why a week later? Why not the next day? She then tells me they have 180 orders waiting to go out, and she's been working 18 hour days, etc. I gave her the part number, they didn't have that part, but they had a suitable replacement, based on my VIN, and would be sending that the next day. They never did need or use my part number, they were just stalling for time. When I asked for a manager, I was told she was the manager, and if I didn't like it she'd refund my money. This after waiting a week.

Then blamed me on failure and charged me for repairs without authorization. Terrible customer service for attempting to rent old equipment that was raged up with second hand switches and such. They've taken the time to give me a rundown on any equipment I'm a little unfamiliar with. And their prices are unbeatable commercially. I needed to rent a trailer for a week and another very well known moving style company wanted about $270 but GTVR was a little less than $180. These guys are great and I would send anyone to them.

He also repaired paint damage on my front bumper. Incredible attention to detail, the shop is spotless, the staff are friendly and helpful. When I picked up my van, it had been detailed and smelled better than brand new - I was shocked and so appreciative. Because I was without my vehicle for an extended period of time, no fault of his (the dealership didn't have one for me), he provided me with a loaner. He also gave us a gift basket thanking us for our business, which had LeRoy's merchandise including a blanket, sweatshirt, T-shirt, coffee cup and gift cards, among other items.
