We purchased a home in 2024 that needed improvements and repairs. Walter Electric provided service over a few days amounting to $6k+. They were professional and did excellent work. When we tried to get them to continue with improvements last year, they refused to respond to phone messages and texts. After several attempts over a few months, I received one message saying they were very busy. I called a couple more times and then gave up. The heat stopped working in one of the bedrooms and the light switch in the bathroom needed to be replaced. I contacted the landlord and she in turn contacted Walter Electric. They fit us in within a couple of days. Chris arrived early and began his assessment. A new baseboard heater was needed along with a new switch and lo and behold, both were on hand in the truck! Within a couple hours we had heat and our bathroom light worked again. Chris was professional, explaining what was to be done, as well as pleasant and friendly. I requested quotes from 3 electric companies on Yelp, and Walter Electric was the first to respond (within hours). I got an online estimate through Yelp, and then scheduled an appointment at my house for an on-location estimate, and found the cost to be reasonable and straight forward. The two electricians that came over were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and very personable. Their work was impeccable, with impressive troubleshooting and very good advice. My three newly installed light fixtures look and work great! Everything was clean when they left. I'm extremely pleased with how this all went.
