We asked a plumber at the counter if they could shape the new 3/4" copper tubes for us. He said "It's easy - these are flexible - you can bend them yourself." I told him that we don't have any special tools to do that, but he assured us that it's easy. Sure enough when my husband carefully attempted to bend them, they kinked/buckled to the point where the waterflow would be drastically reduced. I called and asked to speak with a manager. The woman at the front counter said: "I guess I'm the Manager. We don't really have a manager." When I started to tell her about our situation and that I felt that we were mislead and wanted a refund, she said "So you want us to pay for YOUR mistake?" I then asked if she could have one of their experienced plumbers call me back. With that kind of customer service, I'll probably get the same treatment IF one does call me back.
