The staff are friendly and informative and more than willing to help you out. Local delivery is free and can be arranged at a time convenient to you - and a fitter will contact you if you want some oneone to come and fit the carpet for you ( there is a fee for this charged by the square metre rather than a set fee which usually saves you money). Excellent parking and a childrens toy box etc to keep younger ones entertained while you get organised. highly recommended - I wouldnt go anywhere else for me carpets!
