We…read moretried & now will remain feeling vulnerable as their revolving door of low/ no skill/ low paid work force put us in innumerable unsavory situations (no show, hours late show, putting dirty dishes in cabinets/ drawers, storming out mid-visit expressing never coming back when asked NOT to do laundry, crazy personal stories that left us nervous for caregiver safety & then caregiver disappearing leaving us super concerned for her safety & more predatory concerns) at a time when we needed care & support due to pre-hospice medical needs. Added alarm & stress, which is not good. After deflecting our concerns repeatedly & parting ways with Home Care Assistance as identifying insurmountable obstacles we feel more vulnerable & have added a security system to our premises

The place is well managed from multiple perspectives. Medically, between the medical director to the nursing staff, they are thorough and professional.. Logistically, the house management staff is friendly, disciplined and well managed, along with personally helpful.. Overall, they are integral in recovery. You give 100% and they will give 100%.
