They'll ask you what spice level you prefer: none, mild, medium, hot or very hot (level 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5). The first time I ordered from here I got the chicken fried rice and trust me, they do elevate this dish. The picture I included doesn't even do it justice. It's not overly oily, it's light and airy and flavorful with the right amount of everything in it. I plan to try nearly everything on their menu.
