We hired Emile from Wander North Photography originally for our August wedding. Once the Covid 19 Pandemic became a reality and we realized our wedding was not going to happen this year and probably not next year either we decided to pull the plug. I called Emile to inquire about getting some of our deposit back as we had done an engagement shoot with her already and we agreed she was entitled to the price of an engagement photo shoot and she would return the remainder of the deposit paid. She emailed us back later that day stating she would not return any of our deposit. I find it very unprofessional that she agreed to return some of our deposit and then did the complete opposite. We will not be recommending this company to anyone in the future as she is benefiting from the Covid 19 pandemic. Our other vendors gave us back our deposit with no questions asked. read more
