The day before my father's funeral, I came into your shop to buy flowers and a sympathy card for my mother after her beloved dog unexpectedly died on the drive to my father's funeral. I was already grieving one of the greatest losses of my life. While I was waiting to pay, I overheard two employees discussing a funeral they were preparing. When I reached the counter, one of them continued complaining directly to me, saying things like, "The people ordering flowers are so annoying," and, "The guy's been dead for over a week. You'd think this would have all been handled already." The instant she said those words, I knew she was talking about my father. She had absolutely no idea that she was saying those things to his daughter. Before judging a grieving family, perhaps consider that there may be circumstances you know nothing about. My father died in Indiana but wished to be buried in upstate New York. His body had to be flown home. My mother, who has congestive heart failure, diabetes, and COPD, cannot fly, so my sister had to drive her across multiple states over several days. That is why the funeral was held more than a week after his passing. Not that my family owes anyone an explanation. What is truly disturbing is how comfortable your employee felt mocking and criticizing a grieving family in front of customers. If she spoke that openly to a complete stranger, I can only imagine what is said when no customers are listening. I chose not to confront her because I refused to allow someone else's lack of professionalism to distract me from honoring my father. But her words added unnecessary pain to an already unbearable weekend. This review is not about the quality of your flowers. It is about a complete lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic human decency. Anyone working in the funeral industry, or serving grieving families in any capacity... should understand that every funeral has a story, every family has burdens you cannot see, and your words matter. I hope this serves as a wake-up call. No family should ever walk into your flower shop while preparing to bury a loved one and hear the employees ridiculing the very people they are supposed to be serving.

They carry everything from curtains, lamps, wall art, pillows, quilts, decorative containers, candles, ornaments and more for home decor. There was also a large Vera Bradley section, as well as some other bags and accessories with a bit of a vintage/historical flair. After looking online I finally located Pure Integrity Soy Candles and made a large purchase of 8 - 16 oz candles. I am so happy I found this company, their candles are amazing. These candles are slow burning and last a long time, I have had nearly half a year since my purchase and I still have 5 candles jars unopened. I burn a candle 3x a week for an hour or so, sometimes more days, sometimes longer burn. I tend not to burn the candles for too long because their fragrance is strong enough to fill my house with these shorter burn times. Their candle scents and the cleaner burning soy do not trigger migraines (cheap candles can). I love all the scents I purchased: Lavender, Rose, Lemongrass & Clary Sage, Lily of the Valley, Lilac, Lemon Drop, and Gardenia. When I received my order, I received 2 sample tealite samples of their Honeysuckle Pear candles - which I loved. I love the fact that their candles smell like you think they should. Lastly, the 16 oz jar candles come in an attractive glass frosted jar with a wood lid that can be reattached with ease and securely stay on. Once I finish using a candle, I clean the jar and reuse e.g. small apothecary jars. Lastly, the staff takes pride in their candles - when they shipped them to me (across country - I live in Nevada) they carefully wrapped the candles (not one broke in transit). Moreover, they took the time to write a note of care and concern in a time that COVID is ruining our social ties and way of life. As long as Pure Integrity Soy Candles remains open, I will be making my yearly candle purchase from them - their candles are high quality.
