She got in touch within minutes, the price she quoted me was reasonable, she was flexible with scheduling, and I could tell she was friendly and kind. We made the cleaning appointment for the end of what had been a long day of moving for my husband and me, and the team did a beautiful job. My dad's apartment was, in a word, gross. It reeked of cigarette smoke and my sister's room had a few layers of grime all it's own, but Aida and her crew worked quickly and efficiently, and the place is now spotless and smells fresh. My husband and I can't believe the transformation! But what really makes Multilingual stand out from other companies is Aida's remarkable empathy and warmth. They charge by the hour and the very sweet staff worked verrrrrry slowly as the clock ticked to an enormous amount of time/$ for a 1000sf house with just two living in it. It appeared to be a subcontracting set up, with poor communication. Maybe you will have better luck than we did.
