Due to COVID-19, guests are no longer allowed to greet their Sailors on the pier and so must wait in a designated parking lot for them to arrive. I wanted something to catch his attention and also be silly in nature yet still capture a welcome home moment for him. THEY NAILED IT!!! They weren't able to make the sign using the photo of the idea that I had bcz of the poor photo quality.
