My friend introduced me to this place and thank you very much! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place has an eclectic atmosphere, I loved the vibe even midday.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the lobster ramen special with a side salad amazing! Chunks of lobster and the perfect hard boiled egg. My friend got the 30 hour ramen, which is his usual. The service was great so nice. I will be back to try more on menu.

I've been coming to this restaurant since they've opened, but I really wish they would change their plates they use for the bento boxes, the paint on them is all chipped from the heat I wish they would just use stainless steel or something. Also they changed the recipe for the kimchi and it's not good anymore. Otherwise the food is still really great and super clean and friendly staff.

My husband and I split the Tan Tan Men. It and the starter salad were incredible. One of the best ramens we've had. The salad, though so basic, (literally just lettuce and sesame dressing) was an A+. I could tell we were both quietly trying to get the last few bites. We came for lunch on a weekday and the service was quick and friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, with indoor seating only from what I could tell.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Wish we lived closer - we would be regulars!

Delicious ramen and small bites! We started with a few appetizers; the shumai were our favorite! The Brussels were also crispy and tangy little bites. The ramen itself was also delicious! Get the extra egg because they are cooked perfectly! The warm broth really hit the spot on a chilly weeknight. We also got the green tea lava cake, which was amazing. The ice cream was creamy and very vanilla forward! We had consistently great service all night. We were seated quickly, always asked if we needed anything else, and our waters were always full. The restaurant itself is decorated very classically and has some cool artwork on the walls. We will definitely be back soon!

Food/Drinks: The food here is beyond delicious. One of the best Ramen spots that I know and have been to. The portions are insane. They are extremely filling and you will never regret going here to get some Ramen, plus they have a variety of Ramens. Not only do they have great Ramen, but they have a menu full of other items that aren't Ramen, like the salmon and other types of boxes. I have tried the salmon and it's delicious, one of my favorite items. It comes with rice and is extremely filling. This is the only place where I order french fries for the taste because they're so crispy and so delicious, and honestly, I rave about how good the food is here. I usually stick to fountain drinks here so I'm not familiar with any alcoholic drinks they offer. Location: [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love the vibes of this location. It's very aesthetic, but also casual at the same time. It's very nice, cozy, and spacious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Usually, you can find a table casually, but some days it is more packed than others. I've had one time that we couldn't get a seat without a 45-minute wait, but other than that, every single time we've been able to get seating instantly! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is more of a casual place to go with friends and family, and a lot of people just dress casual. You don't have to dress up, but you can if you'd like.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They offer street parking as they don't have their own parking lot due to the street that they're located on, but street parking is easily accessible and close. Service: The service is always top-tier. I always seem to get the same exact servers and they're always nice, friendly, attentive, and get everything done and given to you in a timely manner. This place is an overall a great experience and a very nice place to go get Ramen, and I will continue going here over and over again. One of my favorite spots in Rhode Island to eat.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I love the vibe at Wara Wara![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The servers are all so wonderful too. I love all the veggie tapas and the salmon over black rice special is 10/10! I almost always get the curry udon noodle as my main, but the veggie ramen is also delicious. They do a great job with packing everything for take out too!

This is by far the best ramen we have had in Rhode Island! You must try it!!! We got the Tan Tan ramen and the Shio chicken ramen. Both broths were so savory and delicious and the boiled egg was the best I've had anywhere. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the restaurant has a fun intereror. I enjoyed the Godzilla memorabilia near the bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ive been thinking about this meal for days since we had it, I can't wait to go back again. Thabk goodness it's about to be fall so I have the perfect excuse to eat ALL the soup!

I wasn't feeling great the other night and was craving some warm and comforting delicious ramen, so we ordered take away from Wara Wara. I ordered the lobster ramen, which came packaged perfectly for me to be able to build my bowl at home. The broth was savory, the lobster sweet, and the egg was a perfect soft boil - it all just hit the spot.

    30 Hour Ramen
    Karla M.

Based on pictures and reviews, I've been wanting to come here for about a year now. I did walk in once before but it was very busy so I walked out. This time, we came around 3 pm on a weekday so it felt a lot less chaotic. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Since it was a nice day out, and they have outdoor seating in the shade, we decide to sit outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Their chairs and tables could be more comfortable, but their food and service made me forget all about it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waitress was very kind, and gave great recommendations which ultimately influenced my decision to go with the 30 hour ramen (the other option I was torn between was the duck ramen but my friend ordered it). Seconds after placing our order, I saw crispy chicken skin on the menu and immediately ordered it. It was ready after about 10 minutes and the portion size is great for 2, but can serve up to 3-4 if you're just looking to try it. I absolutely loved the flavor and texture - it was crunchy, and did not have any burned chicken fat taste to it and had a drizzle of some sweet sauce which complimented the savory well. The food was perfectly timed because right when we finished the crispy chicken skin, our ramen came out and it looked fantastic. I tried some of the duck ramen broth and it was sweet and savory which was very unique to other ramens I have had but nonetheless it was good. The duck thigh looked very good and also tasted good; no gamey flavor and perfectly crispy skin. My ramen was very tasty, especially after adding the chili oil which I would say is a must. One thing I do wish it came with was corn, but everything it had tasted fresh and paired well with each other. In terms of seafood, it had a couple shrimp, a scallop and some calamari. The egg and noodles were cooked to perfection, and the broth is very tasty. We noticed that they had homemade ice cream on their menu, so obviously we had to try it. Two things that I most enjoyed about the ice cream is that they have very unique flavors and it's really affordable ($2 a scoop). Our waitress also told us about their ice cream float which gives you a mini scoop of each of the flavors they have in rotation (4), for $1 a scoop. We tried the smores, black garlic, passion fruit, and sakara. The most unique flavor was definitely the black garlic, but my favorite was the smores one. I am excited to go back and try other items on their menu, especially during the summer when Hope St is lively - check out the little shops while you're at it. They have free street parking and I've never run into issues of not finding a spot.

SO YUMMY! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This restaurant is very beautiful and I love the decor and lighting![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was served by the lovely Sam, who recommended I try the vegan eggless noodles in the Roasted Seasonal Root Vegetable Curry. Today it came with brussel sprouts, lettuce, tofu, and those delicious and gluten free/ vegan noodles! The curry broth was super flavorful and I could just eat that on its own.... I also had the cauliflower and it was delicious! Love this spot, I will be back soon for drinks & to try the other vegan dishes!!!!!! Thank you for a lovely time!

Miso Ramen (I got noodles on the side)
    Nicole V.

Wara Wara has never disappointed. We are big fans of the Duck Thigh Ramen and the Miso Ramen! I have digestion issues so I get the noodles on the side. The egg is perfect every time, and the broth is savory and perfect for winter/fall. the bao buns are also very good. They take pride in their service and always make sure everything is presented nicely.

Came in for dinner with some girlfriends. The food was tasty the drinks were too. The decor is kitschy. It was a little hard to read the specials boards and our server didn't come around as often as I'd like but overall it was a good evening.

Currently I think of Pawtucket as "the place where Slater Mill and the DMV and Kafe Lila and Machines With Magnets are," but if I spend enough time at KL and MWM, my view will undoubtedly become more nuanced. Machines With Magnets is a recording studio, art gallery, and performance space that has fast become my favorite music venue and possibly one of my favorite places in Rhode Island. The inside is beautiful, with two large rooms decked out in cool white paint and beautiful hardwood flooring (one floor is stenciled with an absolutely stunning pattern). Art of varied quality adorns the walls. I have now had the pleasure of attending two shows here--an electronic music performance and Quintron + Miss Pussycat--and I enjoyed them both. Watching bands perform with art as a backdrop is a pleasure. The sound is good and the venue is run fairly efficiently. At the latter show, they quickly cycled through four bands by alternating the rooms in which each band performed. Very smart. The crowds are fun and interesting. Drinks, Dunkin' Donuts coffee, and even pizza are sold for reasonable prices. During my first visit, a friend turned to me and said, "I wish I lived here." "I wish I could DJ here," I replied. Until either of these things happens, I'll be stopping in periodically for more music and art. You should, too.
