Sadly nothing ever came up for us there and we ended up going with another estate agent.

I viewed a house on Tuesday said Yes I defiantly wanted the house, I was told on Wednesday…read moreafternoon the Vendor has excepted your offer the property is yours, on Thursday afternoon I received a phone call to say the house has been sold to someone who has offered £5,000 more than you, so I Had been GAZUMPED, so I offered £5,000 more to gazump them, a week later I was told, The vendor has chosen to stay with the other byer, I do not believe this estate agent, I think I was a spare in case the first byer dropped out of the sale, in any other business this would be misconduct but it seems this estate agent can get away with what I would call them CON ARTIST. AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT

After looking at the reviews, it appears it isn't just me that feels this. Would never recommend them to anyone. ( sorry , wish I could say otherwise) They need to revisit their customer services; treat their portfolio like it were owned and paid for by themselves, they may treat things differently then.
