We then became concerned about the quality of her work. A simple apology would have gone a long way to repair. Estate lawyers are dealing with people in grief. A measure of sensitivity is required that unfortunately was absent here. I hope ours was an isolated example.

Well it turns out I was NOT guilty according to the written law. Not only was I surprised, but so was the officer and Judge! My traffic citation was tossed out, and the officer was not too pleased. But I'm pleased because justice was served! There are two lessons I learned today: Not all DMV law enforcement officers know or understand the written law, and to call Attorney Paul Morwood if I get another traffic citation.
