I can't say enough about Companion Home Care. Michelle Belton allowed me to keep my dad at home…read morewith a MOMENTS notice during COVID. The nationally advertised company I was using couldn't meet basic requests for months and I knew would never meet the challenge when I was faced with what turned into day and overnight care. Companion Home Care is a local company and Michelle has gone above and beyond for my dad and family over and over again. Every bump in the road I faced was met with Michelle's help. I am so thankful to her for giving me the gift of keeping my dad with me the last six months of his life. I learned so much from the providers that made things I was struggling with easier. He had the same people daily for months. Caring for a parent with dementia and health needs was more challenging than I could have imagined. My 93 year old dad was 6'5" tall, had mobility problems, advanced dementia, was legally blind, and had many health issues. Because of Michelle's dedication, my dad was able to stay with us and received wonderful care before and during hospice. My dad loved the people caring for him. They were sweet, kind, thoughtful, and did their job well. I never worried about his care. He was happy and the providers were well trained and knew how to take care of him. Everyone arrived as scheduled without exception and I was able to meet the work challenges I was facing during COVID. They made such a stressful year so much better. Some how, Michelle met the challenges I faced each and every time, even with the problems COVID added. They were all there for my dad until the very end. I will be forever grateful to them all.

Other home care companies sent different caregivers from week to week and there was never any stability for her. Companion Home Care was a God send as they sent the same caregiver each day, who my grandmother happened to LOVE, and even when she was not available they had a quick replacement that was fantastic. Huge thanks to Michelle and Companion Home Care.

Terrible organization. In three years my daughter has gotten maybe 15-18 months of services from…read moresubpar caregivers. they have taken advantage of her financially and emotionally and none of them were consistent about showing up. Out of 6 caregivers we had one we could depend on to show up and be good to our child. I've actually been asked to find caregivers for her which is not my job. I don't ask these people to treat my patient's because that's my job. She keeps getting letters stating that Medicaid is approving her services even though she goes months at time w/o any services. Maybe if you paid a decent wage and offered benefits you would get a better class of caregiver. One of her aides actually took her to the jail to visit her boyfriend. That would be the same one who scalded her in the bathtub and called her a spoiled brat. You might want to consider a name change to Mommie dearest systems since that's the care you deliver!!!!!! My next call is going to be to Medicaid! It's a shame that you company cares more about the higher ups making big salaries than you do about the customers who actually need these services. Greedy, greedy that's what it all boils down to in the end. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. This is what is wrong with our country today! The corporate people make their money and the clients get the shaft. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
