While i was getting my nails done i was made bleed on six different cuticles i feel as if he was rushing to get my nails done and accidentally cut me multiple times. So thankful these cuts didn't get infected, highly do not recommend this salon. read more

To start off this is now the second time I have gave this nail shop a try. I'm starting to feel like they treat the women of complexion very different( ive also noticed they will allow others to pay after service and require complexion ppl to pay before service) !!!!! I'm also filing a letter to the BBB. The first time I had booked an appointment with Victoria for 3 o'clock and I was not seen until almost 4:45. Now this time I have booked an appointment for my birthday via the company Instagram page, I was speaking to them for almost 3 days prior to my appointment to assure you that me coming at 5 o'clock was OK. I get there at five. She is just starting another client's nails . Not only was she just starting she partially started and sat her at the pedi chair so she can continue gossiping with colleagues. I was asking her if I could get a pedi and a full set at the same time when she responded to my messages to book my appointment, she said yes, that was OK then when I get there, she looks me in my face and says that I was lying when I had the proof in text messages that she did tell me that I was able to get a duo service done since it was so late. Then she tried to blame me for her still doing a client during my appointment time due to me deciding since i was there and she was busy lets just get the pedi give her some time. I sat from 5 to 730 waiting for her to at least attempt to start my nails. I had to ask if she could put tips on my nails and prep them atleast since its been so time consuming me sitting waiting for her so she adds the tips and continues to sit and do absolutely nothing so i dont understand why the pedi and nails couldnt be done at once when she was doing it for the pther young lady. The end result she sent me out of the shop with only tips on my hands after yelling very loudly in the shop telling me that I was lying and that I wasn't doing this in that correct I communicated I booked my appointment for a specific time when I get there. It should be communicated that she was either just taking a client so I can find another nail shop due to it being so late in day she could have simply said my apologies. I had booked for 5 o'clock. Let me go ahead and take my client who booked, but she didn't do that instead she spoke very nasty to me while there was multiple clients inside of the shop. It's starting to seem very prejudice because this is now the second time that I'm having this issue with this specific shop. read more

BEWARE! This place has a new owner but every time someone walked in and asked for someone that previously worked there " the woman stated that they were on vacation. BEWARE! This is my 2nd time at this establishment. The 1st time was a much needed pedicure which I paid $40 for. Richard was friendly and well knowledgeable in the service he was providing so I decided to try them again for a gel manicure easy peesy right! NOT It started off with Richard doing a very simple gel manicure which he was doing an amazing job but the woman took him off my hands so he can do a pedicure, keep in mind all he had left to do on my hands is to polish them. She seemed lost and confused when polishing my nails,all the work Richard did went to waste with uneven and lumps on my nails. Last week when I asked her how much for my set she said $30 yesterday it turned into $40. Stay away from this place! read more

I generally don't like writing negative reviews, but this last experience definitely needs one. I went for a gel nail removal, and the lady who did it left DEEP grooves in all my nails. My nails were long, but now they are fragile and break off whenever they grow a little. It will take months for my nails to recover, and I won't be able to get them done for a long time even with the nail repair cream I had to buy. The only reason I'm even leaving an extra star is because I've had gel french tip nails done by Phuong before, and she did an amazing job. It's disappointing how one terrible experience can overshadow a good one. read more

GUY WORKER SO RUDE so i went there about a few days ago as a new customer. i had called in advance to ask how much it was for a gel polish change ... NOT A MANICURE gel color change and i was told $30 dollars. anyplace i've gone too has been 30/$35 dollars for this service so i was okay with it. i go in they ask what i was getting done i said "a gel color change not a gel mani" and i make sure to say that all the time since sometimes it gets confusing. i sit down get my nails done by this man kevin ... and boy was he great SO I THOUGHT. as soon as i sat down he told me my nails were ugly because there was hair dye on them and to stop going to the place i went to before. he then told me about a diffrent gel that is "better" and continued to use it on me. i am not a nail tech so i wouldn't know that cost extra considering he didn't even tell me he was going to use it and that it was extra cost. besides all that he told me to leave a yelp review for him which i was going too a good one too because besides the rude comment he was fun and nice and did an amazing job on my nails but when i went to pay he tried to up charge me like CRAZY. i was told my total was $46 when on the phone i was told 30... so as im telling him the price doesn't sound right he gets very loud with me saying he gave me a manicure and "good gel" for 5$ extra when i didn't ask for the EXTRA STUFF and he realized it wasn't gonna pass with me he deducted the $5 but it was still $40 for a "manicure" i didn't ask for nor i got. when you get a manicure you get the bowl of hot water a short hand massage and a good cuticle cut WHICH I DIDNT GET i did get a bowl of COLD water tho!!! when i said i didn't get that he said he "cleaned up" my cuticle a bit and then some lady came in saying why didn't i tell him to stop while cutting my cuticle... like im the nail tech no i didn't know that wasn't part of a GEL COLOR CHANGE even tho it should be because what are you gonna paint over my cuticle no!???!! anyways this lady goes to say i can leave and NOT PAY which i didn't want to do because kevin did an amazing job on my nails i just wanted to pay what i was told $30. kevin then told me to CALM DOWN when i wasn't yelling or talking rude and told me again "you came with ur ugly nails" and told me to pay 35 ... to i said no ill pay 30. the lady told me to leave again without paying but im not that person and i pay for my services so they ended up doing 30 and i still tipped kevin $5 because he genuinely did a good job. i took a few days to think this over because i wanted to leave a good review but then i thought if people actually do read reviews before going to places i could help someone who doesn't know how to speak up while getting scammed!!!!!! but thankfully my mom taught me how to talk for myself and not get walked on which this nail salon thought they were gonna do for an extra buck !!!! ADD ON after reading a lot of reviews there are plenty of people saying their price changes too when they go to pay ?!??! it's making me think if the people on the phones are just saying low prices to get you to come it and then change it after ???!! does the owner know this??? this is so wrong. read more
