Having been a Goff/CPS Wymondham customer for several years I contacted them Monday lunchtime 13th January 2025 for a quote, they beat an online quote by 16 pence and quoted me £336.00 to which I agreed. As per other orders I requested a text be sent a day before the expected delivery so I could organise good access for the tanker delivery driver. I received a text from Goff/CPS at 14.47 confirming my order. 9 (nine) days later on Wednesday 22nd January 2025 at around 10.30am a Goff tanker registration number EY20 KZZ delivered some heating oil to a neighbour four doors away from my property. I was half expecting the driver to call and make a delivery at my property so I quickly went outside and opened the gates and moved a partially covered motorbike parked in my drive to ensure clear access to my tank. Unfortunately the driver didn`t call at my property and drove off after making the delivery to my neighbour. I called Goff/CPS, gave my account number 5154267 and explained I had placed an order on Monday 13th January 2025 and that their tanker had just made a delivery to a neighbour. As the visible level on my central heating tank sight guage was now below the re-order now marker I asked if they could please advise when my delivery would take place. I was informed that my delivery had not been scheduled yet but would be within 10 days of the order. I explained I was getting low on heating oil but was informed I should have enough. As at the time of writing this review, Monday evening 27.01.2025, I have still not received a text from Goff/CPS advising of delivery. As a precaution and to ensure I have enough, I am going to have to purchase some heating oil from the local Freebridge garage in West lynn who are able to dispense heating oil into 5 gallon plastic containers. I will be speaking to my neighbour when I see her to ask when exactly she ordered her heating oil as I am curious to know whether it was before or after I placed my order. This is an honest and genuine appraisal of the situation I find myself in. Will I be using Goff/CPS in the future......based on this experience thats a GREAT BIG NO. Have read the Goff rhetoric on other reviews about feedback being appreciated and acted upon, lessons learnt, stopping this scenario from happening again etc. yet people are still leaving similar feedback regarding their deliveries. Will be contacting NRG for a replacement delivery as another neighbour has recommended them.

Absolutely disgusting serviceI don't even want to give this one star!!…read moreOver 4 years on and around £7k of repairs later, I'm still finding damage to my property done by my previous tenants because these cowboys did not do their job! I discovered the humidity problem that I paid out for an expensive dehumidifier and dehumidistat in the bathroom for was because the tenants were growing weed in one of the bedrooms!!! Odd that in the 15 years I've owned the property (9 of which I have lived there) that these were the only people to have encountered such a problem. They day they moved out they removed all the soil and dumped itdown the drains, blocking them. I also found my loft had received some additional insulation over that roomI guess it's not all loss lmfao I was told by Mary Peel (the property inspector) that she had visited the property and it just needed a little bit of a clean up before the next tenants could move in. Wrongvery very wrong. The property had to have new windows and doors throughout (the wooden ones had warped because the level of humidity), and it was described as unfit for human habitation. All the carpets had to be either stripped and thrown away or in need of multiple rounds of professional cleaning. They had locked their dog in the lounge for hours and it had defecated everywhere. The washing machine was full of flies because it had broken down and been left full of water for weeks. Every wall and ceiling needed to be re-painted because of the mould. The Managing Agency did put some of the problems right, reluctantly, but they refused to refund me the money I had paid for them to manage the property and the property was uninhabitable for a further 3 months whilst repairs were carried out. My complaint was handled rudely and without any hint of regret for the appalling service provided. I found out afterwards that my neighbors had complained numerous times to my Managing Agents, the RPSCA had been called to the property on more than one occasionas had the policeand yet not once had my Noble and Son reported to me such a breech of tenancy! The tenants not only destroyed much of my property but they caused a blight in the neighborhood and I had to work very hard to re-build relationships with the neighbors who were incredibly angry at what had happenedmonths of late night parties, even mid-week, people coming and going at all times of day and night, cars parked in front of neighbors drives, music being played at full volume all day long and a dog locked in the lounge. My neighbors reported that the 'inspections' became less and less frequent and that the woman doing them was too scared to even enter the property. I can not imagine a worse serve than that which I received from this company. I only chose them in the first place because I though a family business would be a lot more responsive and caring than one of the big boys. I was wrong.

The people they employ don't have a clue what they are saying and are rude and racist but the estate agent thinks it's funny and keeps sending the same unprofessional worker despite my complaints. (There was one very good handyman who unfortunately no longer comes.) It took 2 years to get a faulty boiler sorted but in the end I had to do it all myself as they just don't care! This company had been making me angry for years but because I like where I live I ended up giving up on even trying to ask them to sort anything out and just do it myself. They take money for doing nothing but constantly keep winding me up with lies. Also Mary Peel who was mentioned in the other review did not show up for the first 2 or 3 years of my tenancy. Then she made it sound like she came in when I was not aware of it. She also keeps giving keys out to various organisations instead of coming in with them for jobs to be done. Never mind they use companies not registered with Trusted Trader and I'd be more than surprised if their 'plumber' actually ever learnt how to do plumbing, he surely didn't sound like it.
