He communicates regularly, without prompting. He takes his time talking to you and making sure that you feel 100% comfortable or assured through each step of the house selling process. When we finally had our house up on the market, we were worried because we had a lot of animals and a 3-year-old to juggle while trying to show our house. Nothing fun or stress-free about that!
