Very unprofessional and expensive clinic, very rude stuff members, they will perform unnecessary x-rays and will charge you. I took my children for a cleaning, they are minor, they performed panoramic x-ray and extra x-rays without the consent of the parents and sent us the bill. They also made my 18y old daughter sign paperwork forcing her to do extra x-rays even she told them no and over charged her and sent us the bill. read more

I have been coming to Warrior Family Dentistry as a patient of Dr. Jing Li since 2010. The waiting room is huge and one of the nicest waiting rooms I have been in. I have gotten x-rays, teeth cleanings, three wisdom teeth removed, and routine examinations done here. I have always received great service here, but I will say scheduling an appointment is probably the only hassle at times. read more

They can't get their billing issues correct there. Every time we've gone we receive statement that is incorrect. We end up paying and months later we get refund from them. It's frustrating and can't seem to get a call back when you have billing question. You have to call back to receive any details. I would not recommend them. read more

Had to use this place due to insurance change. From now on I will go to the dentist I have always used before and pay myself. I went in for a regular cleaning. After taking x-Rays and a brief exam I am told that I need some work done that will be around $600 after my insurance pays. That's fine, I probably do need it done so fair enough. I told them I understood but did not have the money for that at the moment, so I just wanted to do the cleaning and schedule the work after my next pay day. Apparently that was completely unacceptable. I was bluntly told they would not clean my teeth unless I had this done. Given the ultimatum, I left. I tried 2 more times to make an appointment for a basic cleaning, and each time have been told I had to have the extra work done or they wouldn't do anything. Dr. Jing Li of Warrior Family Dentistry actually told my son that there is no way he could be in such pain after having 3 teeth filled. I even heard him say "I don't believe that!" when my son proceeded to describe the type of pain he was feeling during the procedure. I am extremely upset with this physician and his team. I am an RN and have already treated him with OTC oral pain meds with no relief. My son has had several surgeries, dental work to include a root canal, and even an amputation. He is no lightweight when it comes to pain. Pain is whatever the patient says, not what an unethical, unprofessional, judgemental dentist who just drilled on his mouth thinks it is. Dr. Murrell is our normal dentist and has been for years. I've never had any problems with him...but this man does not deserve a doctors title. read more

After sitting in the waiting room for an hour and fifteen minutes I went to the desk because I noticed all the employees were taking food into a room to eat. I was asked did the lady not tell me when I checked in they were running behind. I told her no so she went to check and came back and said they were cleaning a room. They took a lot of x rays and the lady started poking in my mouth. She went and got the dentist and he looked at x rays and said I needed my wisdom teeth out. I am 58 I have lived with them this long I don't need them out. Then he said i had an abscess on my back tooth. I told him that was where another dentist at their practice had drilled it too deep doing a filling. I was then told they did not have time to clean my teeth which is what my appointment was for. But he gave me a list of over $2500. dollars worth of work he says needs done. Oh and the reason they were all going into a room with food was they were having a luncheon.
