I went in to get my ipad screen replaced and the inside of the screen was scratched. I called in…read morebefore i got there to see if they had time to do it that same day and the gentelman on the phone said he had time. When i gave them the ipad i double checked it would be done that same day and what i believe was the owner/manager started to tell me it would be dont most likely the next day. This is why i called in and checked if they couldnt do the job same day if not then they should not have taken the ipad. After all was said and done i got my ipad back with a scratch on the inside top right corner and i was told it was glue from the screen. They said it would dissapear by today but it didnt. I already had an unpleasent experience from this store so i wont be going back to dispute the scratch, regardless this store will damage your expensive electronics and tell you its just a glue strip dont trust them with any of your screens phones tablets or electronics this shop holds no integrity.

The touch screen wasn't responding at all and I couldn't even manually power my phone off to see if I could possibly reset it. When I went in, I explained what my phone was doing exactly. The guy was able to do some combination of pressing reset buttons and it was fixed. No charge. No fooling me or trying to get money from me by fixing something that didn't need to be fixed. They are an honest business to go to. Extremely trustworthy.
