This husband and wife duo rock, Benton and Marcela we love you guys! We had an insurance claim and needed painters on a tight schedule and they came through! Clean lines, excellent customer service...they left us as friends. Daily rates make it pretty fair to get as much done as needed...they ended up staying 3.5 days, it was worth every penny. If you have any friends in Houston, they have relocated but will do some work up in our area for now especially if it's repeat customers. We will definitely be using and recommending them in the future as much as possible. Bonus I got my front door painted purple because I've always wanted one. read more

Benton and Marcela do impeccable work. Clean lines and they're fast too (great when you're paying by the day!). We are very cost conscious (some may say frugal, some may say cheap), but we try to spend wisely. We tried to do our own painting the first time, but we gave up rather quickly (painting is just not our thing, apparently). So we priced around with 5 painting companies and WarrPaints daily rate worked out to be around a 30-50% savings over others 'by the job/materials included' rates. We worried at first that maybe they would be really slow (since we were paying by the day, it's a valid concern). On the contrary, these 2 are super fast, efficient and quality painters. We have hired them twice for a total of 6 days of work now (over 2 years). They always surprise us with how quickly they complete the job. We make sure to have back up projects to have for when they finish our main projects. They have painted our ceilings, kids rooms, kitchen, dining room, living room accents, added trim to our shed, stained our front door, painted our porch, did touch up throughout our home, patched holes, cracks and did cosmetic repair work when we swapped out our huge kitchen light box for recessed lights (which left a huge box area with holes that needed repair- you would never know it had been there now). These 2 are awesome. They can give you a pretty spot on idea of how long it will take them to do your job if you give them room dimensions and any repair requirements too. STAY AWAY. This company had scheduled to come to my CHURCH and do some painting. The day before he assured me that they would be there around noon because they had a job before mine. I agreed and had many of our members move very heavy pews and furniture in preparation for painting. 12:30 came no show. Then he text me saying maybe 1-2 then 3-4 then 5-6. Warr Paint rocks! I got quotes for having my living and dining room painted. I ended up using these guys for several reasons. 1. Benton sold the hell out of his service and quality. His enthusiasm and dedication really came through with his message. 2. He beat all other quoted prices. Benton and his team leader showed up on time and immediately got to work. They offer their advice on color and wall selection then went for it. Benton said nobody can cut a line like him and I believe it. The sections are beautiful. He went above and beyond on service. I had planned to pull some trim out myself but he beat me to it. He also went the extra effort and got the doors painted too. I would not hesitate to use his services again. read more

If I could give negative stars on this I would.. I hired this guy Benton Higgins with WarrPaint on 6/5/17 to do an interior Paint job at my rental home in Round Rock, Tx..for $3,000 total labor and materials, including the garage. He started Wed. 6/7/17, and bailed on Day 3 on 6/9/17 "right after" I paid him a large Draw of $700. Do not trust this guy. He seems nice but don't be surprised if he bails on you too! He used some lame excuse that his "employee" got an upper respiratory infection on Sat. 6/10/17 which is a bunch of bull. The little bit of mold at the house at the bathroom he was fully aware of before he even started the job! And he successfully cleaned, prepped, and covered it up with Kilz primer. So it was good to go. He said he was not sick and felt fine. But obviously not fine enough to come back and complete the work, especially after being overpaid for the job. It was just an excuse not to come back. Pretty shitty of him. I found out that he wasn't there when my maid texted me at noon on Sat. 6/10 that the Painter was not there to let her in. He never told me anything beforehand and I had to find out from someone else that he did NOT show up for work. So I have paid him the equivalent of $1975 (almost $2000) on a $3000 job when he only had 3 days to go. He got overpaid at this point. His decision was to not be a Professional and bail! What a poor decision that was. That is why he deserves this 1 star review. In fact he deserves worse. He deserves to be taken to court. He also lied and told me he does all the work himself and doesn't have any employees. His exact words were, "...this is why I have to do 'all' the work myself." So he lied about that too. Awesome team! Fast, quality work with reasonable rates. We started off just needing high areas painted and ended up contracting for whole room, two hallways, area by stairs, and entryway. I really wish I could give Warrpaint a 5 star review but unfortunately, that isn't the case. We needed 2 accent walls done in our home and after viewing his work online and speaking to him on the phone, I was so excited to have Benton do the job because he seemed to really know what he was doing and the photos I had seen of his work were great! We had a few hiccups with scheduling which were a bit frustrating but we were able to eventually nail down a definite date and time for him to come and do the job before we moved into our new home. He and his partner showed up on time that day which is a great start! However, this is where things started to go downhill. They were here very late painting which wasn't an issue since we hadn't yet moved in but he promised to text me photos of both walls when they were finished since I couldn't be here in person to see the finished job and after waking up the next morning to find no text messages whatsoever, I promptly drove over to see the work. The stripes in our master looked amazing and he really did cut nice straight lines in there. However, our boys room was much different. The lines weren't as straight and there were several issues of one paint color cutting into the opposite color on the stripes and the spots were big enough to notice even from far away. I was kind of surprised he even left with it like that so I proceeded to text him to ask if he could come back out and fix it. I texted him several times that day to no response...finally the next day he texted me back and said he would get it taken care of but once again, I haven't heard a word from him since (5 days later) and I also sent a follow up message yesterday to no avail. Very disappointing. Now I am going to have to pay someone else to come out and fix the issues with my son's wall which is frustrating because warrpaint should be the one to come out and fix it at no extra charge. read more
