I call Angela and she first says that she knows nothing about the order when I tell her about placing them over 1 week ago she then recanted her statement. She then said she emailed me and said that the flowers were not in stock then said that the $10 deliver fee was not enough and that it was $25. I explained that what HER website charged me when I put the address in. I then told her I never got her "email" I doubled checked as I was speaking to her. Then I asked her why she didn't call me on the phone number that was listed. All she said was that she normally does and left it at that!!!....Horrible service, horrible communication a huge disappointment and now I need to get my money back!!!
