Great stay! Very friendly and accommodating from pull in to departure. Very well maintained sites. Super easy check-in and check-out. Very peaceful and quiet during our weekday stay. Lots of open space. Convenient concrete pad and picnic table at each site. Nature trail for exploring. Play area for kids. Separate area away from RV sites just for tents. What can I say but, my family and I had a horrific experience. The owner was professional and friendly, but his mother actually had the nerve to try and chastise my wife and a friend that stayed on her property. It seems that she was in charge of the campground. We had nothing to do as the area was void of activity. I'd never visit this business again. I truly love to support Black Owned Businesses, but it must live up to it's reputation. I absolutely hate when someone tries to intimate me or my family. Such a shame. I really had to give this review some time before posting just to make sure I wasn't in my emotions. I truly want to be fair and factual in every review that I post. This took me almost 4 months to post. Again, the owner and his wife were empathetic and attentive to our concerns, but leaving their business in the wrong hands will create problems like what we experienced. read more

i have been at this park for nearly 2 1/2 years. Can't say started off on the right foot but since all the kinks have been ironed out (me especially, it has been a very long time since i stayed in a rv campsite) i can say that there are many pros to camping here long term: pros clean park, nice setting, clean laundry room, bath room/ shower. Quiet, very quiet. Reasonable rates, propane on site, in the middle of no where but close in to nice town of Sandersville, Picturesque setting. Cons: could cut grass more regularly especially during growing season, change machine in laundry only takes 1 dollar bills and as you know change is not easy to come by these days. If you have a skill also possible to do part time work in exchange for rent reduction. All in all a nice stay. read more

Arrived 3:00 PM on the 30th of Jan. Checking out the park for first time. Interested in park as it is minority owned business . Planned to suggest it to my RV club for a rally. Weather is cold and cloudy , as expected not many RVER's present. Possibly 20 transient or long term RVs on property. No bad for small club rally (15-20) coaches or trailers. Facilities appear to be professionally done and well maintained, 30&50 amp full hookup water & sewer. WI-FI unsecured, but rock's. Sites are flat grass and firm, two concrete pads are available for shorter units at extra cost. Daily rate is currently $35 per night. A bit much considering no amenities. You are basically paying for a parking lot. The rating could have been better, but no staff, no amenities, the office was closed, no checkin procedure. Did get signed in, Lucked up did connected with relative who called owner and got me squared away.will not return, absentee ownership doesn't work. read more

This campgrounds is amazing. It was nice to find a black owned RV park and the owner is amazing and very friendly. 24/7 open phone and never says no. Only issue I had was the ants, once they get inside it's hard getting them out. But overall I recommend this RV park. Full hookups with Landry and 15 mins from the nearest town with stores and banks. read more
