En saai is dat helemaal niet want met meer dan 13 soorten toppings (mijn favo zijn de chilibonen, kaassaus of gebakken uitjes) kun je elke keer wat anders krijgen. But it's actually both and there's a restaurant side. The owner is very friendly and enthusiastically invited us inside. There were no English menus and the owner spoke very little English but he graciously helped us pick out some seafood for our meal. This was honestly some of the most delicious and fresh seafood I've ever eaten. My wife and I shared a large platter for only 14 Euros. So it's also a very good value. A small note-- if you're looking for drinks/alcohol, they don't sell any. But the seafood is so good that you won't miss it. Highly recommend this place.
