I went with a huge group, and between the 14 of us, I think everyone got pretty much every flavor there was. Everyone enjoyed themselves so I don't think you can go wrong flavor-wise. The lady behind the counter was also very patient with our large group and gave our professor a free coffee as a thank you for bringing us here. I promise you, this place is well worth the approx. 2 dollars you'll spend on a cone!

It doesn't look classy, shall we say, but I REALLY liked the gelato I had here. It seems like a great place to sit for a quiet chat, or to get some work done. The guy behind the bar was polite and attentive. I was also shocked at how nice the back room looks. I've walked past this place before and thought it must be tiny inside, but it's not. I do hope this place does well for itself. I won't call it a hidden gem, but I think it has potential to be that. I will definitely come back.

I looked through the menu and notice people around me eating. The food did look very good but on this occasion it was just much needed refreshment. The serving staff were responsive although I was feeling a little twichy feet so called the waitress over when it was time to pay and made sure there was no hanging about. This restaurant is okay if you're not looking for much but I wouldn't recommend it very highly.

She told me to ask for her by name, and when I did, she knew who I was right away and was so welcoming. Our meal started with Polish sour soup. It was sooooooo good! The next course was turkey tenderloin with some kind of sauce, boiled potatoes, be and the most delicious cabbage with dressing ever. I was freezing and wanted a hot coffee but that didn't happen. Also, it didn't taste like gingerbread to me. Maybe in Poland, or at least in this café, gingerbread tastes different than what I'm used to. The place was very warm, so that was a plus. Matter of fact, everywhere in the city seems to blast the heating up! But to be honest, I have no desire to ever go to this café again. There are proper Polish ones around, so I would recommend one of them. And of course there is a Starbucks in the main square.
